When a series is licensed in America, it becomes very hard to find online.

OH1 Well, it's still against the rules to talk about fansubs here.
5. No talking about fansubs or where to get them. This means no links. It's against NG rules. Again, this will get you kicked out of the club. You may, however say that you've watched an anime, you just can't say how you got it.
Does anyone here like the Miyazaki films (ghibli)? I think they're great, just swell.

Now, could anyone recommend a male character around 6 feet tall with blue eyes and black or brown hair?

Heere's 156 cm, which is 5'1". I'm pretty sure people would notice that I'm a foot taller than him, but if height becomes irrelevant that's my first choice due to the costume's simplicity.

Mild spoiler:
Zack died by repeated gunshot, though they were off the Truck and were walking towards Midgar when it happened.

He's 16 in Endless Waltz, and he wears pants in that movie. I just registered for Ohayocon, so now I need to go out and buy a green a-shirt (aka tank top) a pair of brown/tan boots.
Man, that Naruto manga is some gooood read'n. I started reading just to get the english version of when Itachi arrives, but then i kept wanting to read more. I just finished volume 27, about Kakashi's past. That battle between full cursed seal Sasuke and Kyuubi Naruto was pretty neat, and it also explained why Sasuke had those weird wing things in the Narutimate Hero 3 screenshots.
Kakashi's past is pretty, but sad. It is amazing at all the past relationships and similarities. Like how the 3rd taught Jiraiya, Jiraiya taught the 4th, the 4th taught Kakashi, and Kakashi is now teaching Naruto.

Just as sad as the existance of Advent Children, really.
Okay, I've had nearly twelve cans of caffeine, going on at least 24 hours of being wide awake, and just finished Slayers Next. TIME FOR A REVIEW!
REVIEWED ANIME: SLAYERS NEXT!
***WARNING, MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD***
I can't tell which I preferred, Slayers or Slayers Next. True, Slayers introduced the characters, but Slayers Next had Martina, more Xangaless, and of course Xelloss.
To start off with, I'm a bit confused on the Ragna Blade. As I recall, when Lina was reading about it, she said it was comparable in power to the GigaSlave, yet when she used it on Gaav, it didn't finish him off.
This brings me to my next point: If I'm right, then Gaav and HellMaster were supposed to be basically sub-lords to Shabranigdo, yet (assuming AGAIN that the Ragna Blade was near or equal to the GigaSlave in power, like Lina said it was), they seemed to be stronger than him (especially Gaav, who survived the Ragna Blade)
However, I think there's an explanation for this (and I hope I'm right): I think that the Sword of Light focused the energies of the GigaSlave to make it much more powerful than the Ragna Blade.
Of course, this is a moot point if I actually flat-out misinterpreted what was said about the Ragna Blade. :(
Now, about the new characters...first, Xelloss: This guy is calm throughout nearly the entire series, and retains his utter coolness even at the very end. Now, Martina....I find it hilarious that she fell in love three or four times, and it was basically with every single half-decent looking guy. She's one of the most unique characters I've seen in a while (..come on, putting all your faith in a monster you KNOW is false? That's just stupid, and she manages to turn it into a comedy act throughout the entire series). As for Gaav, I didn't really care for him that much, but I LOVE how he fucked with Amelia's head during the fight on the mountain. And I almost found myself cheering when he was butchered, especially after he just ripped Xelloss damn near in half. HellMaster was just beyond fucking nuts, and he was a sadistic little fucker to boot. And I HOPE I'm not the only one who figured out he was the kid by the time they got to the mountain.
Now, for the developing relationship with Lina and Gaurry. I thought it was too early for them to admit their love, but I fucking LOVED how they got rid of that problem ("TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME WHILE I'M UNCONSCIOUS?" *beats ever loving shit out of Gaurry*). This promises to be very entertaining, especially with Syuviel or whoever the white magic chick is traveling with them now. I also liked how they focused a bit on the old saying about "you never know how much something/someone means to you until it's/they're gone" after Gaurry was kidnapped.
As for the ending, I loved how they worked it. Having the Lord of Nightmares herself come down and cram HellMaster's destruction right up his ass was priceless. And I mean PRICELESS.
***END SPOILERS. YOU CAN UNCOVER YOUR EYES NOW.***
Overall, I give Slayers Next a 9.8/10. Some things (like the explanations) could be better, but overall it's very well-rounded.
Can anyone suggest to me some anime that is similar to Full Metal Alchemist? I just got into anime a little while ago and I'm still searching for some good stuff.

your very welcome and yeah that is true
aww man, according to narutofan.com theres gona be 28 (i think) more filler episodes before it actually gets in synch with the manga story-line...this means we wont be seeing the actual storyline until next spring....*cries* wwhhhyyyyy???? well the only upside to this is that theyre currently working on a bleach movie, so YAY!
Just started watching InuYasha, awesome series. Its got everything yoou could hope for: girls in short skirts,
demons
girls in short skirts
time travel
skirts that are too short for the girls that are wearing them
and cool demon powers!
overall, I rate InuYasha (eps 1-4) a huge 8/10

Well, she only faught 1/7 of Shabraningdo, and since it took the giga slave to stop him, then his full form must be really strong. And the Ragna Blade is still a blade, not a big blast like the Giga Slave, so it didn't have the larger effect...but of course doesn't have the side-effect of possibly wrapping the world in chaos. So it all balances out.
Just wait until Slayers Try, where you can see how strong Xelloss can be and of course Valgaav! Who can take a suped-up Dragon Slave point blank. Plus it has dragons......ooooooo...ahhhhh
Plus all the small Slayers series, like Great and Excellent, which have Naga in them. And a giant chibi Lina battle suit golem thing!!
