Honestly, I didn't really like yahiko's voice either. I wouldn't be surprised if it was actually a chick trying to sound like a young boy doing his voice. One of my favorite voice actors for young male characters is Mona Marshall. She did the voice of Shun from Street Fighter Alpha. (Street Fighter Zero) I don't think she would be good for a character like Naruto, but that's just one person that does good voices for young male characters, in my opinion.

For the sake of editing TV Shows to the extent of nearly eliminating the "Spirit" of the seires, yes.

Of all the dubbers I know, ADV does the best so far. Though I wish they would exaggerate the screaming better especially in action shows.

A joke? Of course its a joke. All anime dubbing is a joke. Its almost enough to make me cry. Almost.

It makes me wish more networks would use subtitles. The only subbed series I've seen is The Slayers, and it's one of my favorites.

I don't think all anime dubbing is bad. Manga, ADV, and UrbanVision have done good work before (Ninja Scroll, Orphen, Vampire Hunter D) I mean there are some english voice actors with really good voices (Steven Jay Blum, David Matranga, Spike Spencer, Wendie Lee) Sure, there are some awful english dubs out there, (Vampire Wars, Sword For Truth) but not all are bad.

I don't care wether or not an Anime is dubbed or subbed.

The Sexy Jutsu was not censored at all, the only part of those scenes that are changed are the nosebleeds the guys have afterwards.

The only "OVA" esque video clips I know related to Rockman X are of the following:

Rockman X3 (PS) - Opening, Prologue, Enemy Introductions and ending are in the form of hand-drawn animations.

Rockman X4 - Opening, Prologue, in-between storyline (1 per character), Ending

Rockman X5 through X7 doesn't count since they're more like still-clips.
