Well, actually it woudln't. Because, if it really is abusive, they would doing the right thing to help newgrounds, just they have a self motive. Which is nothing wrong with that. Everyone on newgrounds isn't particpating because of fun or help run the site. Sad to say though. As long as they don't flag recklessly, let him go.

I must say, this is pretty cool. Although I wanted to earn the Gold Whistle the old way. When I first started flagging I wanted the Gold Whistle just to have it. Over time it became more-so to get peoples hateful reviews deleted and pull rule breaking flash off of the portal. Flagging reviews has become, dare I say, fun. Plus there are some real 'winners' when it comes to abuse.

My hat is off to you Wade, this is truly awesome. About new whistle levels it would be interesting to see some in turn with the new levels. Possibly some new blam/protect levels as well? Either way, awesome. B)

Actually I think if you made it so we could see how many whistle points we had, everyone would start flaggin abusive reviews like crazy to try and be number one, I don't think it would ruin it at all, I think it would work out better then we think.

That's been suggested before and the rebuttal towards it was people would be so stir crazy that they would be flagging any reviews that had a hint of dislike towards 'said flash', somewhere along the lines of 'This is a really crappy flash'. Some would think it was abusive and flag it. I think it's fine the way it is.

Now thinking about it, that whistle scale that Wade mentioned would be kinda interesting to see. ;/

But I still think it would be a good idea, well you sayd people would go after a review and flag it if it said like "this is a really crappy flash" if thats all that was said in the review then it should be flaged. Oh, you'd be surprised, quite surprised at that. You already know what users are capable of when it comes to reviewing and posting. Now think of those users flagging. Yeah, that's kinda scary.

Keep on flagging. Just because you have the Deity Whistle doesn't mean you should stop flagging flash and reviews. Keep on helping with contributing to keeping the abuse levels at a low, I know the admins would appreciate it if you did.

All along I thought I was stuck at not getting any more whistle power, turns out I'm helping the system more than I realise, because I was stuck with a silver whistle for so long.

Those hours spent flagging reviews on TOTW were worth it.

Wow, I just checked my profile, and realized that I got the Diety now. It was quite a surprise, I used to basically only post in the abusive reviews places, glad to see that it paid off, right after I got lazy and just stopped trying.

Now that the whistle problem is covered , world domination!!!!!!!!

I went from Silver, down to bronze today, in about 2 or 3 flaggings I got my silver whistle back under the new standards. I may as well try getting to gold or diety now that it's somewhat fathomable.

Progress is always good. :D

Wade mentioned that earlier, not if the threshold would be pushed higher or the gaps would be split more evenly, but possibly more whistle levels in some way or another.
