Every quarter on english, our teacher gave us around two group assignments. And we couldn't choose our groups, it was in a certain order. So i always got with the same lazy ass guys. Leaps in the air and Dashes forwards are pretty cliche moves already. As long as you arent only using them, I guess thats fine. Especially if they are done well. We see them all the time and hardly ever see sword attacks with shield blocks, parrys or dodges. Would be nice to see some actual sword fighting instead fo the same old shit.

I'm well aware. But the thing is, they just go so much with the song >_< It's so in sync it's unreal.

And yeah, There's actually gonna be shield usage in this, parryes, dodges, slashes, etc.

thats why i want to smack people who think the fight scenes in Advent Children were good. They were just cliche anime fights that we have all seen a million times. I found it to be very borring, wondering how seemingly normal people can jump and fly at those hieghts and speed, but after a while, its just "they can do that because its anime".

my biggest peeve about anime is the animation quality. sure, it may be all detailed, but look at Ed Skudder's stuff! his movies are incredibly detailed, and the animation is as fluid as the diarrhea that shoots forth from my anus. most importantly, he does this by himself, whereas anime typically has a team of professional animators, and not only do they not animate their things above what seems like 6 fps, they can't even lip sync right. lame.

Ive only seen one scene of that film. My friend was like, check out this awesome fight scene. So I watched it and I was like, it's totally unoriginal and dull. The only good thing about it was the graphics and even they werent that exciting. Unless the graphics are mind numbingly brilliant, we've seen it all before. We've seen people jump around with insanely super powers till it's coming out of our eyes. I was just kinda bored by it.

ya the physics of it were pretty bad, like when they all catch cloud in mid-air and throw him up. but i guess they wanted it to remind people of moves in the game or something... ya i doubt it but if they did it was still a bad idea. i liked the graphics, i usually hate 3d but it fits the style of it. i hate it when super cartoonish movies use 3d. and i hate it when realistic things are 2d. i believe there was a ff7 anime that did poorly. and ghost in the shell(which i dont like altogether) should be 3d. and all of the 3d movies after finding nemo should.... have not been made at all

anyway, on another completely un related note. Borat is not comming to ANY of the theatres in my city. 40 000 + people, 3 theatres, and no fucking Borat. Im pissed.

I'm kind of embarrassed to say that that is a pretty good show. probably the only good thing on nick. but sadly not good enough to make me channel surf near that channel, which is a big deal because most of my usual channels are like 4 away from it.

i was totally into dbz, but i look back and regret it, i was young with ADD up the ass. it was like crack. its got all the elements of the shows today that piss me off to no end (inuyasha and naruto)

mostly comedy central, but at night I'm an AS whore. at school in the cafeteria they either have G4 on, sometimes they have good stuff but theres alot ijust cant watch, like WoW skits where they use in-game clips.

i hate laugh-tracks as well. The Office is one of my favorite shows, because it's funny, and the lack of a laugh-track.

laugh-tracks are like the producer's way of telling you "here's a joke, now laugh along with these people". i prefer to interpret the jokes for myself. if something is unintentionally funny, so what?

I stopped watching teevy when i moved back from America, we can't get cable in our area and satellite is expensive and goes out during storms.

I used to watch Nicktoons for the latenight InvaderZim episodes, G4 was pretty awesome but I think it started to fag up because before it was for gamers, geeks and hackers(J!NX slogan zomg!) but they put on all this drift racing crap and bad crimeshows.
I did watch Nickelodeon every now and then and same with Cartoon Network but only specific shows that I had missed an episode of.
I also watched Comedy Central when they had a good movie on too but now I just gave up on teevy because I now have Newgrounds*hugs computer*.

BTW, does anyone know of a good book for drawing people? I think I remember hearing one called something like the human anatomy for the artist.
