Very true. It really does seem like a living city. There's so much that can be seen and heard, and so many ways to go about things.

My highlight so far (besides the cutscenes in general) has to be picking my girlfriend up in a stolen car that had the blood of the people I had just ran over splattered across the hood. She didn't care.

Does anyone ever do this? Come back and redraw a character or a picture or something that they drew a year or two ago. It's pretty encouraging, for those of you who don't think that your work is paying off or showing any change.

With that API and all it wouldn't be too hard for games to access it, and for the API to check the game's score [yknow, quality measures and all that jazz], take the session ID of the user, add gamer score to your EXP... someone put it on Tom's "after I trim my beard" list...

Worth every penny if you already like the game franchise. Otherwise, probably not going to appeal. But I've yet to know anyone who's not played GTA for more than ten minutes and not loved it.

So mostly, this stuff is illegal. The only two major things I noticed that were new is that things which "APPEAR" to ______ are illegal, which is odd. I would've thought it could be like fake violence and just be passed off as it is in video-games.

I don't know - at this Tom seems like the sort of person who wants everything major about this site to be pioneering, original and ahead of the competition. If they did stick in some kind of API, it'd have to be something so radically new and out of the box that people dismissed Kongregate's one as chalk drawings.

That's a pretty major difference. I'd go as far as to say that it's a gargantuan difference which changes the whole idea of the law :s I'm not a porn freak by any stretch of the imagination, so I don't want to make any assumptions, but would that extend to hentai and junk like that as well? I mean whatever happened to 'to each his own'?
