I think it would have been really nice to have some assisted movement in it as well. Overall, it moves extremely slow, making moving over the simplest terrain feel really cumbersome and taxing.
I played it some more... the neatness is wearing off.

yeah I just played it again for like 5 minutes to see if I liked it this time around. And I really noticed that this time. Sometimes the spider would have enough momentum to move its legs fast and at a normal speed and other times it would take numerous forceful drags and flicks with my mouse to move it.
What do you think is the dumest ever flash you have ever seen, but was hilarious at the same time.
Mine " Dads Home "

Demented Cartoon Movie.

I think using the word "dumbest" gives what you're saying kind of a negative connotation, though I do get what you mean.
I might have to agree with you on "Dad's Home". The whole thing was just so assanine and pointless, but that's why it's actually so funny. I think it definitely deserves to be on the top 50.
There was this one I remember from a long time ago, it was a REALLY poorly drawn animation to this rediculous supermario bros. song. I know the name Luigi was in the author's name somewhere. I'm sure someone here will know what I'm talking about, but that's by far the dumbest, yet most hilarious Flash I've ever seen to date.

I second that motion!
This sig is 100% effective protection from all hexes, curses, evil spirits and bad karma. Guaranteed.
Okay, I found it!
Shiggity shiggity schwa!!!

By far one of the most hilarious thing I've ever seen on Newgrounds!

lol, Group-x. Reminds me of this one. Which, coincidentally is one of the stupidist and funniest flash I've seen.

Group X reminds of the time before I knew Newgrounds existed and I fed my flash craving through AlbinoBlackSheep. I still think ABS is an awesome site, but this site is more of a community.
Before I knew about Newgrounds, it was all about Joecartoon. I still remember my friends and I all huddled around the computer at work laughing our asses off to gerbils diving off that cliff and subsequently dying in all sorts of ways.
Frog Blender and Hamster Microwave were great too...
"Hey look, I'm spinning, I'm spinning!"
The drunk, shit talking flies also gave me a laugh.
Of course, once I found NG, I had to say goodbye to Joe. I'm sorry Joe... it wasn't you, it was me.
I use to visit Homestarrunner.com often, but it's pretty slow compared to Newgrounds.
I think one of the stranger series that i enjoy have to be Alanthebox's BW theatre, and Marc M's Hans Dick series..
In regards to red baron, it was pretty cool but i found that like Dad'n'me it tend to lag a bit. I bet it would be a great experience as a download, running locally.

With a vengeance!
Hey, any WoW players here? Or indeed any sort of online game? You know what could be causing input lag?
Like, I'll be holding down forward or something, and when I relese it or try to change direction, I'll just keep on running for the next five or so seconds before responding to any other directions. The same with other commands.
It's severely gimping my play in PvP and, to an extent, PvE. I have a nightmare of being in an instance group, having my keys lock and pulling a room of elites.
I'd put it down to a shoddy computer, but playing was fine on my last one and that was inferior in all aspects (it might have had a better graphics card, but I can't see what that'd have to do with it). And I don't have the problem on any other games either.
Any ideas what's causing it?

I had concerns that it might be lame after seeing borat going on many different talk shows and using the same spiel on all of them but the film was actually great.Yeah it's class. The running of the Jew cracked me up. And the whole wrestling scene was epic!
Couldn't agree more! Even the non racist jokes were funny, like when he through his bag n the floor and the chicken made a noise. I do wonder how much of that film was staged though. (Obviously a lot of it was, but how much of the parts you'd expect to be real do you think was staged?)

I think that the Scrooge Mc Duck flash is possibly the dumbest (by your definition) one i've seen. Ducktalez 1-3 I think they are.
I like the Ghost the Pirate and the pioneer too. And everything else by Marc M.
Four pages overnight? I can't keep up with this shit. So I'm just gonna share something irrelevant with you that may or may not jeopardize my rockstar mod status. I think I hate Jim Morrison. I know he has some buds in here, but that was my revelation today

Why?

He's just kind of a testament to the way people have begun to convolute respect for one's talent with respect for one's person. He may have been a great musician, but this should not make anyone quick to call him a good person, or a role model for that matter. People call it a crying shame that someone like Paris Hilton or Kevin Federline could be considered idols, and it is. But it's essentially harmless. Much more dangerous is seeking to experience a life like that of Jim Morrison, following the idea that if he makes what you consider to be incredible music, that he can do no wrong. But he lived what was quite frankly an unsavoury life, and to venerate his character for one part of it is a dangerous move. I'm no prude, but this mentality could quickly get people into things they don't understand but want so badly to that they'll become a threat to themselves just trying to get their hands on it.
Well, this is probably becoming a more run-on answer than you guys wanted, so I'll just cut it off there.

Hmm, well I think I get what you're saying although I guess you have put a little more thought into it than what you posted (that's not some sly insult :P, just judging by what you said at the end).
I don't think people just see Jim Morrison and like the Doors, and think oh wow. He's iconic (or has become iconic) and an eccentric. I think this is what I find so intresting about him/the Doors. What an intresting character. Someone once said to me "Wouldn't you love to know people like that" And I just think, yeah I would.
I don't think I got to your point actually..

I tend to speak my own little language. What I was saying (and as you confirmed) is that a lot of people seem to want to be like him or keep company like him. But I don't think it's as glamourous as it looks.
Granted this is coming for a guy who just discovered peanut butter on his face from lunch
Hard drugs and reckless endangerment of oneself shouldn't be taken lightly, is all.

I think part of that is just the nature of the business though, lets be blunt as much as one loves the music of someone and what that person stands for or whatever, at the end of the day its still a business.
Its no secret that contraversy sells, sex sells, drugs sell, breaking down norms and societies boundaries sells. Artists and labels are very aware of this, and in rock in particular i think to a certain degree artists have thrown themselves into the rockstar lifestyle because thats what the public wants.

Sure now, and if you look at mainstream music specifically yes, but not so much in the 60/70's. Woodstock, the Isle of whight festival, glastonbury(originally).

Actually, that could be it. I don't think people understand how important a good graphics card is. Once that puppy over heats a hair, or encounter graphics it's having trouble rendering, it will lag the fuck out of your game.
WoW is a pretty graphics heavy game. I have a measly 64mb graphics card in my laptop and could barely run the damn thing... in my PC, with my 265, it flowed.. Then I uninstalled, because it sucked.
anyone here ever have to read the scarlet letter?
I'm doing a report on it right now. I thought it was one of the most boring books I've ever read.
Why is it that all the boring stuff becomes a classic?
