Adobe is sloooow
Has anyone recently bought anything from Adobe and found them really slow in delievering it.
I live in Sweden so I have swedish Adobe support, maybe that's the answer though.
Anyway,
I just got a job (yay!) where they work with Adobe Flash. I've only had CS3 Student before but they bought the commercial version. Now, I've gotten an Order Number and instructions how to log in and download the serial. (Took about a day to get that information, btw) but that was about 5 hours ago and the download is still not there (I go in the downloads secton, the one in the store section). And they said the download should be there in a work-day so that's probably the reason but it seems like Adobe could be faster than this. Faster than letting the customer wait for a day to get information that you can't use for another day, and THEN you can get to the download center and get your serial.

The thing is, I have Flash CS3 student at home on my stationary computer and I have a laptop for work. I need Flash CS3 on that laptop to work but if I won't get the download for another 4 days... Hmm...

well in Israel if someone as a birthday then every body gather around which most of the time is about 20 people and the surround you and sing (free translation) demonstration with my name Saar (if you find it weird it means like storm but male) "Saar has a birthday happiness to all the children on the hands (every body punches you in the hands strongly) and on the legs then everybody kicks your legs and you hope that you won't accidentally get hit in the balls by some moron" this doesn't hurt because when you are being hit by a lot of people well for some reason your body is too stupid to know it hurts and it wont even hurt the day after...and after school a lot of people would throw eggs at you which a lot of time will hit you including in the balls won't explode fall to the ground and break (eggs hurt bad...) some times they would put on you flower too which sucks even harder any of you have some stupid stuff when somebody has a birthday ?

new years well no girlfriend for me but none of my friends have and i look pretty good so maybe i would find someone to kiss...

while driving also the legal age here is 18 which is a lot better then 21 i guss that is because you have to go to the army on 18 and if you are old enough to have a weapon and kill people then you are old enough to drink (i am anti war but what your going to do when war comes to you ?) well in Israel people drink for the first time on 13 because of the bar mitzvahs there is plenty alcohol and your friends parents are to busy with all the people there it is just like a wedding..and you go home with an organized car so yeah who's gonna stop us ?

I've really only been on for 3 years. I had my website for like 2 months before I thought of promoting it on other websites, and then I discovered newgrounds.

For one, I don't drink as it is, but the question is, do you want to be able to go places without begging your parents for a ride or using public transportation (which sucks in America), or do you want to be able to drink a specific kind of beverage which really doesn't taste that good in the first place, but people drink it to make themselves stupid for a few hours with their friends.

Also, riding my bike is out of the question cause my town is huge (in area, population is only 40000 though, but it's like 20 miles to the other side), and bikes are no fun during the harsh winters.

Driving seems like the better deal to me.

That's true, but like you kinda said this only goes for people in the usa. For teenagers in London, Paris or Amsterdam a car is pretty useless since even walking is faster than spending hours breathing smoke in rush hour. Most big cities have good public transportation and in some cities students can use it for free, so they dont really need a car.
What i don't understand about America is how kids go to iraq at 17 and how they aren't allowed to drink a beer until 21... I'm pretty sure a suicide bombing and bodies of dead iraqi children are a bit more traumatizing than drinking a pint of lager

Ya it is, but it's a whole lot more useful than drinking anyway.

I live about 5 miles from my highschool. Driving to school means I get to get up 15 minutes latercause I don't have to take the bus, and I don't have to rush out to catch the bus home (Which is really a pain when you want to stay after school for 10 minutes for one reason or another).

Also, the bus drops me off a half mile from my house, in the rural part of town, where the roads aren't plowed very well. It really sucks in the winter to walk a half mile through slushy snow carrying a 50 pound backpack.

Damn it I want my car fixed :(
