NO! Get back on Mynamewontfitin's story
Okay, so at the time that I used to work at a 7-11, which was only recently because I quit, there was a large, male white, santa-figure type cashier there, that I associated with at work. I am 16 and white, as are my good friends. So, I wasn't there for this, but my friends told me all about it. My friends were in 7-11 all purchasing items, my one friend in particular purchased a Monster energy drink and some food. So since we all like to hang out there, as it's almost a second home to just chill, this big guy Lonny starts accusing them of stealing and loitering and being disruptive. Lonny continues to get on their backs even after they keep quiet, which they already were, and not cause any disruptions, which they previously weren't anyway. So then Lonny tells them to get out, and my friend Mackenzie says in an annoyed tone, "What for!? We're not doing anything, what the fuck is your problem??" Now for the part of the story that I don't remember understanding too much. To my understanding, Lonny comes up to my group of friends and specifically Mackenzie insisting that they get out right now. My friend Mackenzie has this thing where he says "I'll fight you!" a lot, whether in a comical manner or semi-serious manner. He always says it, that's him! So, as we leave, Mackenzie goes "I'll fight you!" and Lonny yells back something like "Oh, I'll beat the shit out of you." Then as he turns around leaves he says "I'll put a bullet through your head..."
So apparently, this all happened 5 minutes before I came there, so I missed everything. But that is a clear example of age profiling 100%. They did absolutely nothing wrong, we're good kids. People profile us because we hang out in a large group together, but really, it's just that we're all 16 and all best friends. So, whatever, there's my story. All you need to know now is that I quit.
My friend told the manager the next day about the situation. Nothing was done.
