For making one, no, for posting in one, yes, that's extremely unfair.
It's especially unfair when people get banned for posting in a spam thread that a mod had already posted in before they posted or threads that are questionable.

hate macs, soo uteerly psih...
Shows how much you know.
You can have 2 buttons on the default mac mouse.
You just go into system preferences and make it have a right click. Easy as that.

Yes exactly. And why even question it when you cant afford to try either out to the level where it matters. If a Mac suits you at the time of buying, go for it. If a PC suits you at the time of buying go for it. Dont be so ignorant and dumb as to just throw it off because youve heard it doesnt even right click.

you can make a pc act like a mac and vice versa.
i saw a mac mouse with 6 buttons, all did the same thing.. pointless.
Macs
I want to buy a mac book, its pretty good and i love macs. I've fallen in love with them, their design and how good they are. So hopefully i should be getting a mac book (laptop) and then pay back my mum after ive done my work in the summer. Its only like £700 which is pretty good considering its a mac and its specs are the same as my "family" pc which cost the same half a year ago.
Macs
I'm always hearing people banging on about how good Macs are for graphic design, but they still use Photoshop, the same as you would on a Windows system. Explain this Mac users.
Collab?
Whats the collab about ?? someone PM me!
Macs
I've found that I like my MacBook much better than my PC. It seems to be much faster (granted, it's much newer too) and everything integrates together very nicely. At first the no right-click bugged me, but I've gotten used to it. In fact, when I used my PC today I found myself trying to Ctrl+Click instead.
Macs
I heard you can still plug a two click mouse into a Mac. Although if the programs are made for the macs mouse then I'm not sure how that gets inegrated...
I'm actually thinking about getting a Mac myself, but I really want to save my money... I don't like spending it...

Personally, I feel that the work flow is much better a mac. I set up my Expose so that when i bring my mouse to the lower right corner, all the windows on the screen shrink down like
this . This makes switching windows really quick. It's great when you need to use photo references from the internet while painting in Photoshop.

He said six buttons, nothing about two, and you don't have to rub it in!
Old Cars
So tonight my Dad and me went to Canadian Tire (omg wheres that) where every saturday night these weirdos who have these classic 50s, 60s, 70s, even earlier date, cars and its like a museum or show thingy. Its really cool to see all the classics, especially some of the ealier mustangs and corvettes, they were the best! Any of you guys ever check out some of the classics?
Been a few months since I posted in here.
Old Cars
When I went camping for a weekend in London last year, we were driving around getting stuff for the night and we went by Canadian Tire and saw that. The parking lot was full of 'em, and they were all very nice. There was even a guy selling a crappy mobile home. I am not a car fanatic, but it was cool seeing that many clean and polished old cars in one place on display for free.

No, keep going up.
I explain about how all mac mouses come default with right click, so the notion that macs can't right click is false.
And even if you are too lazy to go into system preferences, you can just do ctrl click.
Old Cars
I like old funky cars.
I like 80's mustangs :D

A car from the 80s is hardly an old car. I drive a car from the 80s. We live in a world where we expect a car's life time to only be 5 years, or at least that's about how long one person intends to own that car before they get rid of it.
My grandpa owns three cars from the 1930s and another from the 1950s. He has at least two more cars and they're each probably at least from the 70s.

I drive a car from the '79! I'm better!
oh..wait...
Macs
I have a 7 button wireless that works fine on my mac... it's a usb ported microsoft mouse..
Things like maya you need 3+ buttons so it's pretty essential for me to have

I suddenly have an infinite amount of respect for you.
Whiskey
Does anyone actually drink whiskey straight, when not in the form of shots or do even the manliest of men drink it with at least ice.
I was drinking some whiskey on the rocks and it was so awful that I had to add Pepsi, which turned out creating something delicious. Either way, the Pepsi makes the drink much less classy...quite sad.

the only time ive drank whisky straight was in a shot contest.
i much prefer to mix it with coke or alternative.
Any hard alchohol + cola = pussy drink.
Cola obliterates the actual taste of any liqour.
Not that I don't drink it that way sometimes.

Whisky <-That's how we spell it in Canada
I could see where you guys are coming from - Johnny Walker, Crown Royal, Jack Daniel... even the renowned once taste like piney bile. BUT, you should try Canadian Whisky, particularly Canadian Club or I guess Royal Reserve. I have buddies who drink CC straight and chased shots are standard issue for the missus and I. Give it a try. I know you can buy it down there because I got super poo-plopsed on it last mod meet.
