The way I see it, we need to arrange a NG European tour 2007/08.

That's what I was thinking. The older American regs and mods could tour Europe (i.e. the UK) stoping off at London, Manchester, Edinbourgh etc. Thus creating a a set of smaller meet ups which would give more people a chance to go. Also the ones touring can pretend they're a rock band, on the road, rocking out at a series of mid-level venues.

Seriously I think the major problem is where to stay.
If we meet in Nottingham, where are we gonna stay? If we meet in London, where are we gonna stay?
I'm happy to sleep on someones floor but there's gotta be a floor to sleep on.

We are pretty much arguing back and forth here about where to go so we need to actually decide if we want this to happen. I dont think there's too many people that can and will actually travel.

Can people suggest some economical sleeping arrangement?

I'll assess my financial situation after April 30. Anyones welcome to crash wherever it is I am... but if i do goto Europe I dont really plan to stay within the uk for my whole trip. In a perfect scenario id spend a few in england take a train or something over germany to gather with sqeezy and wrap it up in an absinthe bar in amsterdam.
Then i'll just have someone send my carcass back to my mother.

probs best place to acutlly meet up would be the big airport in London, like, at the enterence, cuz that way there'd be no chance of epoepl going to the wrong place and it'd be easier for those flying from abroad to get to where they are ment to go.

Planes are expensive however you look at it. What I don't understand is why if I were to leave from Newark airport it would cost about $239 and another $250 in taxes. Yet if I left from JFK it costs about 100 bucks more for the ticket and 100 bucks less for taxes, except some flights that seem to be the same price.

Also, like every flight back from London for some reason stops in Germany before returning to Newark. How is that logical? Why would it fly a few hours east before coming back west?

I think rather than trying to convenience some we should try to inconvenience all, by going somewhere out of the way for everyone. Lets just all show up at the door of the NG office...

All you UK'ers have it lucky. You could organize a meetup anywhere and it would be within 50 miles of you(exaggeration :-P). Whereas, here in the states, every meetup is at least 500 miles away from me. England is, what, 500 miles long? While the U.S. is 7 over times that.

Weird Dreams.

This came to mind. I don't know if this subject or topic has been brought to this threads attention but I recently had a weird dream.

Have you guys ever had a weird dream that was related to Newgrounds in anyway?
Like two nights ago, I was bundled up under my blankets catching some Z's than I suddenly had a outrageous dream involving the BBS. The dream started off with me waking up like usual and getting food - blah blah blah [fat kid indeed] and than I went to the computer and I tried to post in a thread and it said "You've been banned for the following reason by "Luis"" Than the reason for the Ban said "I just don't like you, motha fucka"

And than I just woke up.

I've had NG-related dreams but not a BBS related one. They usually involve movies i've made faring more successful than they actually do.
