Close enough.

Last time I checked Canada was a part of America.

Touché.

While this is technically true, I think it's pretty clear that when people say that someone is "American", they mean "of the United States of America". People from Mexico belong to the Americas, but how accurate does it feel calling a Mexico City native "American". Canadians just experience this weird and - all due respect - unfortunate exception.

my argentinian spanish teacher says people from south america call themselves americans, and just call people from the US other derogatory words
Happy new year people! I hope to see some great stuff from you guys in 2011!
Two and a half hours to go in good old England.

I have no idea how actually drunk you are.
It seems like some might be a joke. I can't tell.

I woke up last night with someone saying "who are you?", I replied back "me? who are you?". Then I realized I slept in the wrong hotel room. Drugs are bad kids.
Happy new year!
Tron Legacy, biggest let down movie of 2010
I can't believe how bad it is. I was looking forward to it with so much anticipation, and all I got was The Dude from the big lebowski talking shit for 2 hours in a senseless plot that goes nowhere. The intro was great, the first fighting scene promised so much but the rest of the movie delivered practically nothing.
I feel like I've been raped in my cinema asshole
Oh joy, I'm gonna see it tonight. My expectations are really low though so I think I'll be alright.
I actually liked Tron. I was seeing it with a great group of people which probably helped my experience. I liked how it had the deeper meanings referring to governments.
Also, just noticed flash has do...while loops.
That was good fun, nothing more, nothing less, as expected
Optimisation question:
I have an integer value, and I'd like to have it switch between to values. Is it faster to use bitwise XOR, or *-1.
Which would be faster?
x ^= 1 //switch between 0 and 1
x *= -1 //switch between -1 and 1
Just a quick question, didn't think it worthy of its own thread.

At 10^8 iterations I got around 200ms difference, xor was faster. (~1300ms for xor0).
Thanks, really appreciate it.
