I have no idea, I haven't looked at the PS3s specs. If so, the PSP2 with the right games would be a good contender for the DS.

I would defo get that, I too have one of the PSP 1003 series. One of the first ones to be made. Never got custom firmware working tho.

Flash and iPhone/Touch App Authoring
I tried to make a dummy app and SSH it to my iPod but you need a .p12? I only want to test some stuff and not release it to the app store. Is this some kind of security apple have? I can get a fake certificate, but heard they don't work and you get errors. I also searched for Kirk-Cocaine's game and the link didn't work. The new Flash should allow android applications. :P

What about the fact that cs5 can export as ipa files and run on iPhones and iPod touches as well? only shitty part is the 99 dollar fee from apple cause they know the app store brings a lot of money...

I've tried this, you need a special certificate from apple that shows your a developer to even create an .ipa file. The .ipa file only contains data and the game.app file, it's basically a readable .zip file. ALong with the $99 fee you have to pay a % of your earning to apple, around 70%. With android is a $25 one off fee, 100% profit. The App store accounts to hardly anything of their profit, most apps are free.

If by run you mean crawl then yeah, you can export to iOS from CS5.

I actually created my own fake certificate in keychain for an apple registry for developers. then i sent a certifcate request to apple (same way the server does when you pay 99$) using my email and the url i found using my php shell, about a week later they sent me a p12 certificate and i tried it in apple. it more or less crawls when code inst omptimized properly, due do the lack of processing power. you need to make things as simple and optimized as possible and it will run it fairly well... but it still kinda crawls yes...

^if you do what i did for a .p12 certificate dont try and submit the apps to the store... if you plan to make profit you should pay for it... or else your gonna get v& and you dont wanna get v&

One thing I found that helps is to make it tiny. I was developing something for the iPad and even with optimised code at 1024 x 768 it was still really slow, however I resized all my assets in Flash to 40 x 30 and it ran a hell of a lot quick and looked just as good. iPads can scale things up really well and with no performance issues I could see.
