Not exactly Flash related but if any of you care, here's a great artist who does Wildlife and Pet portraits:
She's really under-rated. I mean sure, there are quite a few out there with same par work, but she's finished a childrens book and to me has shown some versatility.

About the whole API tutorial thing.
I think it will work, basically make a flash version of the newgrounds API wiki. It will help a lot of people out and hopefully get some medals/highscores in some more games.

I think its a good idea, now its a matter of waiting till mike posts up his updated version of the API. It would be cool if we made a series of these and like tagged em as coming from the Reg Lounge. I think this is one of the more unique 'lounges' in the forums where we have the ability to make an impact on the most vital asset of the site.
Anywho, ill see if i can ask mike today where he is with that api. Shit seems to take way longer here in newgrounds world.

my guess is flash on windows phone 7, nothing to get too excited about. adobe wouldn't merge with microsoft, most of adobe's paying customers use macs.
Even if Microsoft buys Adobe, that doesn't mean Adobe won't develop for the Mac anymore. I don't really see any huge advantage for Adobe if they merge with MS.

After 5 seconds of research, I determined it was blatantly stolen and poorly edited.

I saw that submission too. Suspect it's simply some shoddy decompiling work and if so it should definitely be whistled, but I couldn't be bothered to actually look it up. You should try to take this up with Wade unless there really is a legit way to mod that game.

Even if it were an open source game, which I doubt because it's sponsored by Armor Games, the only difference between the original and the latter is the title and a ton of glitches.
I guess I'll go poke wade, I was just really pissed because half the time I whistle stuff it passes anyway.

It really is a unique, i'm no longer a reg but this site is like the perfect community for flash. It combines the social and working aspects of the medium.
Aslong as they keep adding new features i see no reason it should die soon and hopefully we get some more proper regs ala Denvish and Inglor.
