His expectations are way too high for these games, I get the feeling he's just an arrogant ass from reading his blog posts.

Hey. Just wanted to pop in and say i'm looking for a tutor in both AS3 and animating. I'll show promise and dedication. I own a tablet, Flash, and Photoshop. My knowledge with AS is basically nothing. I have a tad bit of knowledge with animating but it is still not much. It's hard for me to learn with tutorials since Flash is such a massive program and i don't know where to start. I have many ideas in my brain but i need a way to express them in all their glory. I may need some help with cartooning too, lol.
PM me if you would be willing to help. I guess we could do it through either PM or Skype.

I tried out a Jillian Michaels workout DVD...you know that little woman with the man voice from the Biggest Loser...it made me more sore than I've been for a long time...but I think my legs will be looking pretty good in heels soon....

What's she screaming about? the lady's legs (the one against the wall) could probably destroy the skinny chick's legs

Honestly, I have no idea why. If you can somehow get it all into a new document, that's the only way I can think of saving it.

Honestly Zyph...the only time I've ever had Flash behave even close to this, was if I had a total brain fart, and copy/pasted something out of illustrator into Flash with gradients or transparencies (which is the worst idea ever). I don't think this is what is causing your problem though. Your screenshot is a new type of glitch for me. Sorry for being massively unhelpful. :)

I'll keep you tuned, but I fixed it by having almost everything in movieclips. Filesize will be quite larger, but it should stop happening and it'll be much less hassle for the programmer...

That happened to me before, im pretty sure its just computer lag. Restart your computer and then make sure nothing is running in the background so its basically only Flash.

How will that make the filesize larger? :d

Just read it, it's an ok read. I hardly see HTML5 over taking Flash anytime soon, and the writer seem to think that Flash will just stand still and let HTML5 zoom right past it.

I agree that it will fall on the mobile front, though. iPhones and Blackberrys will come with HTML5 support, while Flash support for Android is still in its baby stages, but with the amount of companies backing Android and releasing Android phones, I'm hoping things will come together and Flash will be perfected.

What I'm hoping even more for, however, are Flash apps for Android. Not only will it make the Market a better competitor for the App Store because of the amount of Android-Flash users, but also will mean improvements to the Flash player inside Androids browser.

If adobe can focus flash on mobile content and bring anything other than ASMobile to phones that can run efficiently, I have seen many flash games that have been turned into apps. The transition from flash to app is harder than if flash was native on mobile devices, making more options for distribution of content. The article is bias, saying HTML5 a lot more than Flash, but some people just have to have the latest content, HTML5 can provide this but it has the monopoly of web content, '90% of video'.

Yeah considering i had to hold your hand through about 20-30 minutes of painfully slow explanation you are unstoppable ;D

15 minutes of lulz looking at all your silly little mistakes was worth it
<3 Sam

But then I made a separate class to draw my badass circle with 4 parameters. But seriously, something was wrong with you yesterday, not sure if it's because you were looking at pictures of Ben, or if it was because their was a gay guy in the chat, or maybe it was past your bed time.

Shit was creepy.

What has this world come to?! What have I done?! EJR, Kevin, and Sam all programming? Too bad I have no way of seeing those right now. I'm posting in the middle of a campground from my iPod. Oh well.

I know this is real late but I only just saw the film. So what did you guys think of Inception?

Also did the Bot War ever happen?
