Wimbledon. Mahut vs Inser. Fifth Set. Play suspended at 59-59. Tomorrow is the 3rd day of the match. They've been playing this match for ten hours.

Ah, I'm not much of a tennis person, guess Wimbledon is a pretty big thing if you are :)

I'm not either, but this match is officially the longest tennis match played anywhere by anyone, ever. And it's not over.

lol yeah I tuned in at about 46-46, of course I did it because I had heard of the score. I wonder what I had thought if I did it randomly without having heard of it before..
Isner was barely able to move by the end of it! Luckily he is 19 feet tall and his arm span reaches the length of the court so he has no problem reaching the ball standing still!
Damn, I just realized that not everyone in the world is the programming-type. I have to make an easy-to-use version of [insert language name here] for all them non-programmer noobs.
I don't pay much attention, so this might be old new... but anyway..

Hurray Flash on a phone!
I saw that on Attack of the Show yesterday. That's pretty much a big "Fuck You!" from Adobe to Apple.
Hurray!

If you already have CS4 and your piggy bank isn't overflowing with cash, then it's probably a waste of your money. If you have anything lower than CS4 and/or enough cash lying around for the purchase, then go for it.

Yeah CS3 is good. Usually it takes 3 new versions for me to have the latest stuff. Until I have a steady paycheck of course - then I'll get back to you

You missed it by about 8 hours =(
Sorry!
Personally I'd use CS3 over CS4 anyday, I find the environment a lot more intuitive and CS4 brought a load of new bugs and seems to crash more often. The fact that exporting transparent PNG's is fucked in CS4 but works perfectly in CS3 astounds me.
Ive never used CS5, but it just seems like a waste of £200 if features I regularly use are going to stop working.
Blergh.
Tom is still in line at the apple store for his new iphone. He's been there since 5am. hes lame.

Priceless. :)
YES!
ROBOL/R++/whatever can now do compound if/else statements and simple variable comparisons (=, <, >, !=)
Now on to expressions, loops, and functions.
Hello. After trying CS4 for a few hours back in the day I quickly "upgraded" back to CS3, because CS4 was so horribly slow and buggy. I used CS3 until a couple of weeks ago, when I switched to CS5, and I must say it's MUCH improved after CS4 (or at least the CS4 I tried shortly after release). The unusable slowness on big projects is gone, it has better font management (though it's harder to embed bold fonts now for some reason) and glyph embedding and an important feature (for me at least) that didn't yet exist in CS3 - The ability to change the frame of "export in first frame" to any number you choose. CS5 is by no means perfect, but at least it's usable.
I've used CS3 for a while now. A friend got me CS4 and I felt utmost terrible when I explained how much I disliked it and how user mean it is. Had flash 8 before that. I think the first flash I touched with Flash 6 around the begining of 01 or 02. Might be wrong - but remember dicking around making my first series Yarrow Maniacs on a old flash program. Was 3 minute or so episodes. Ep1 the group catches someone whacking off the cat, ep 2 they slap each other all day, and ep 3 they run into a hobo on the train tracks with grenaids.... Maybe I should remake that one...

there IS a LUA port for flash, you could just use that...
