I don't like spammers, and I have no idea what all of this is about, but yuck, do I hate these kind of virtual lynch mobs. Well he's cracked newgrounds and messed with 4chan multiple times. 4chan is really scary, there's been news reports on 'anonymous from 4chan hacking so and so'. It's a bunch of users that think they are safe behind such a dump of a website that they will never be found for their malicious acts of boredom haha

I disagree. From what I saw he was a prime example of people who wanted to actually learn ActionScript, and the users here taught him nothing but resentment.

As far as I was aware, he was beginning to learn AS3.
He did create this topic, and I think that split the community some ways. But when someone helped him he was always grateful and made it known, so he wasn't an unappreciative jerk or anything like that.

where do you guys get your flash physics from? do you read tutorials, books? do you work the problems out for yourselves on a piece of paper? or what

i find that often times it's annoying to program physics on flash, because the actual physics are very simple, but it becomes inelegant and ugly when you code it in flash, especially when angles are involved.
