I mean i know that saying "Makes me wish the games were never created" is an exaggeration, but still :/ Its annoying always hearing complaints after complaints about everything.
amirite?
yeyeeee
the key word is, "days". Yes, people make stuff of popular stuff that they like. No harm there. But when these things get consistent, over 4-type ratings, I really just kind of want to cry. It not a complaint Jordan. It's disappointment.

Thanks, I'm not sure. Probably 6-7 years. Once you get good production though you can get crappy playing to sound really good.
I cannot draw comic book style at all.
Or maybe it was the pot of coffee that made my hands shaky, or dumbness from the beer I drank to steady my hand.
Still going to finish it. Neat different looks are always interesting to see.
Also a Mega-Man live action movie has been made and I'm goin' to watch it within a few moments. It's either going to be craptastic, decent, or action packed with massive amounts of animated robot army awesomeness.

It's that we are disappointed that the people who watch it think its amazing. The reason why that is important is because if so many people like that more than other content, no new content or jokes or whatever will ever emerge. We need more troops to just flat out discourage it so we can all move on, but you guys are feedin the trolls!
See i dont personally think that people should discourage it, i mean thats how a lot of animators start out. Look at my first 5 movies, all parodies, and then i started moving to original stuff, maybe it'll be the same with all these kids.
Maybe not DISCOURAGE but rather just push TOWARDS original content. I mean rather than get a band of people to flame war these movies, get a band of people to make epic original movies and inspire other peoples original stories ya kno? At least thats what i aim for.
Though i understand your point and I'm sorry i took it as complaining (This applies to doctormario as well, i didn't add your quote but i know what you're saying). That was my bad.

TELL ME HOW IT IS!!! Imma google it NOW..
I watched the megaman movie the other day, 90 minutes of awesome indieness. I thought for a non profit, presumably low budget film the people who created it did really well, the animation of the robots was really good too. Some of the actors were really awesome like Dr Wiley then some were average like Roll, but they did a good job.
Also it was funny how all the robots were Chinese :P

Really? I think this is an epiphany to mankind.
The dalek episodes are usually shit.
On a different note, I got my G1 repaired. I have no idea how I lived without it ;)
Doctor Who
Average episode, nice plot but hated the Welsh setting.
Not that it was welsh, just how it was a small village and like 3 people lived there - yet there was a church.
How is my userpage eCPM $44.28? That's insane. If 1,000 people view my userpage I'll make almost $45.
BTW, Sam, get on Skype so we can work on this game.

In its defence, the episode was set 10 years in the future and the church had been abandoned. I think I saw a restoration notice on it or something.
But yeah, a bit of a meh episode I felt. The ending was approaching decency, so I still hold hope that the second part is good.

if 1000 people view your userpage, they probably won't click on any ads and your eCPM would drop enormously.

Still, $44.28 is extremely high.

Doctor WHO?

That is rediculous...i wonder what mine's at..
Guys i would LOVE everyone's thoughts on this
Before I make a thread about it, does anyone know how to make a proper MouseJoint in Box2D 2.1a? The changes made from v2 to v2.1a make it very hard to convert the code from one version to the other. I've been trying all day and much of last weekend, but to no avail.
Danke schön.
Doctor Who
I thought tonight episode wasn't too bad, they seemed to pack a lot in 45 minutes, was pretty disappointed by the new look Silurians and how long it took The Doctor to work out who they were. Also very disappointed by the massive lack of Amy.

Dude...that was hilarious. Are you really Ross Noble crazy Kirk? If so, we need pints immediately.
Well I try to draw Duders comic style and they turn into somethin' odd the looks similar to what they looked like before I had a wacom tablet and use to draw 'em with the mouse using line tools junk.
I've kind of lowered my own confidence as an artist cause I think it looks utterly terrible and I'm questioning whether I should go on for practice or start a new group drawin' of them how I usually draw 'em.
Sort of like MTC's face though and Johnos stomach ack pose.
What do you guys think? Finish it or scrap it?
I love the 5 hr collabs, it's the only time trial thing nowadays that won't fail, hell, it's one of the few collabs that gets off the ground nowadays.
@Duder....
Like Xeptic said,
Don't stop. Stopping is for the easily offended, the self-deprecating, and the quickly defeated. I don't think you're any of those. :)

LOST SERIES FINALE
Is anyone else watching this tonight? I've been watching the show since it started in 2004 (or 2003?) and I can't believe it's finally coming to an end. I'm probably going to have to watch the second half of it on Hulu tomorrow, though. They should have started it earlier. 9:00PM to 11:30PM is too late (or so my parents say).
TV IN GENERAL...
...is coming to a close for the summer. By the end of next week, everything will have had its season or series finale. The Office, Community, Parks and Recreation, and 30 Rock all had their season finales on Thursday.
All of my favorite shows are ending for good, too. Lost ends tonight, 24 ends tomorrow, and Chuck is coming to a close tomorrow as well. It is supposedly only a season finale, but I think the show is running out of steam and will probably get cancelled over the summer or something.
*sigh*
They need some good summer TV shows.

This place needs more Breaking Bad love, its one of the best TV programs to come out of America in years imho! Pretty sure this season still has a good few weeks in it, although I havent watched Sundays episode yet!

I agree. Breaking Bad is starting to get really good. Although I think Dexter, House and Fringe are better. Although last weeks Fringe season finale wasn't that good.

I've only seen up to the end of season 2 of breaking bad and i absolutely LOVE it. I need season 3 like NOW but its not done yet D:
Still recovering from the disappointing LOST finale. It was painful to watch. All the cliché and no answers. The self-congratulatory hour long specials, before and after, really rubbed salt into an already festering wound too.
It is my hope, that future University screenwriting classes will use this series as a learning tool. It is the perfect illustration of writing one's self into a corner.
It's easy to create mystery when you don't have to explain anything.

I concur wholeheartedly, one of the recent episdoes (you'll know what i mean) was the only piece of tv to ever have me literally on the edge of my seat.
