Personally i think you've outgrown starogre and you should just either make a habit of using your real name or coming up with something less cutesy and more sophisticated. It's kind of a buzzkill to see it in Closure which is a much darker game and have this friendly lookin ghoul there.

Yeah i was thinking about that when I was making that post. Dan Paladin stopped using synj when alien hominid was released on consoles? (i think around that time?) starogre won't be used in the game though like it was in the flash game. i don't know if i can switch my name! it would hurt so much!

Order Of Animation

In which order do you animate? I'll state my own usual routine in case it's confusing what I am asking...

First I create a some frames on the timeline, pop all the audio on it in order (voices, music, sfx), then I play it with nothing but a blank screen so its like a radio play (first step to see how it'll turn out), then I draw sketches of each cut, then I draw the backgrounds, then I draw the characters, the next step is finally animating the characters (punching, walking, facial expressions), the last and final thing is the lip sync - once finished I touch up everything and make sure it all looks and runs well.

I was just thinking today and this is why I bring this up. I ain't no professional - not by a long shot. I'm self trained 60% and picked up things from friends and forums 40%. I'm still learnin and will for a while still. Ya can feel like a noob at anything sometimes though I guess.
