Ipod you only need 5 refferals, you dont have to put in any bank info, just your postal/zip code, house address (else they couldnt mail it to you) and thats about it...

what you do is you take your cell phone and do a text thing, the text costs 2$ and once you finish you can just cancel the text ppl from continuing to spam your phone. SO TECHNICALLY the ipod isnt free, i paid 2$ for it.... wow, i think i got ripped off... i should just return it >__>
once you do that, you need to get 5 friends to do the same thing with a link you provide.

heres a few things:
1. I started this at the beginning of march, and i just got it in mid -late august.... so it does take A LONG FREAKING TIME!
2. don't forget about the site, if you DO get all of your friends to do it, try to keep up to date with the site or else you'll miss the "press this button to request approval" and things like that. Thats how they jip you XD
3. read the terms of service, theres a few things that you should note carefully me-thinks.

I found most of thier animation annoying and just totally bad, i only watched a few cos i dodnt like them.
but its bad to see a 'crew' die just like that.

i don't pay attention to all those crews. i just occasionally check some of the top scoring flashes on the portal, but that's pretty much all.

Could care less about the crew dieing since most of their work was awful..but bigfuzzykitten(their leader I think) was a pretty nice person..
I have seen him contribute in the flash forum from time to time and he helped me out with a flash problem a while back..

I don't really know anything about this supposed death of the kitty krew but don't count on it's permanency. Crews don't just die because one person says they do. It would take more than a day for the kitty krew to end, it's not over until ever member gives up on it and no new members join so for it to happen it would be more of a slow fizzle out rather than an abrupt death.

The clock crew has been dying for 7 years now ;-)

the ps3 is on a 10 year lifecycle so they wont have all good games to start with , the PS2 is in its 9th year, and where is the xbox and nintendo gamecube, no where, in 8 years the ps3 will still be selling, trust me. actually dont, but its true. dont get a console for one good game.

gee i knew that the computers i had there sucked, but i didn't remember there was such a fucking big difference. the internet is like 10 times faster, it takes 10 seconds to load a 4min long song, and less than a blink of the eye to load NG pages :))

i got over 3500 kbps download speed and 600kbps upload speed on speedtest.net, and that's with an italian server (speedtest don't have any servers in southern france :(). how much can you get?

i guess it also depends on the time you're using the internet. if i use it when i stay up late it's significantly faster.

I hardly ever stay past midnight in my time (+/-0 GMT) so I never get really fast connections. When I think about it since I live right near London there is a lot of people so the bandwidth would be shared between a few people.
