"Future France"?
Anybody here heard of Future France? Apparently it's a company that publishes "several computing magazines in France"
Anyways, I got an e-mail from them. Apparently they want my permission to to include my game Target: Sheriff on their cover CD/DVDs that are provided with their magazines and on their website.
They didn't give a link to their website, but they did provide e-mail. And it's from futurenet.fr. Doing a google search, that seems to match this website.
I'm just wondering if anybody has heard of them. Although I doubt I would actually allow this to happen (mostly because Madness is Krinkel's, not mine) I'm just wondering if this is legit. Although personally it makes no difference to me :p
It really is kind of random though.. some random French magazine wants my game on their magazine.. rofl
NG look-a-like.
Ray2k could pass for a cousin of mine probably. If Dave grew back his mullet - he could totally pass as one of my uncles.
Find your simular person look a like thing! :D
I dare you. >:3

You look like an old dog of mine.
SKIDOOOO
I would go insane if I didn't have my desktop organized. Everything in it's place and all that.
I would post a picture of my desktop but my laptop blew up so now I'm temporarily borrowing one X( Everything was organised though. Also Moose was the offer that bad...
I see where kirk is coming from. This is mine :
It's so crazy that there's over the amount of icons you can have on a desktop that they just started piling up on top of each other under the recycle bin. Maybe I'll clean it up one day...

Dude you have the same desktop pic as i used to! :D
heres mine:
.
Seeing as everyone else is doing it! Mines fairly clean... I used to have a fair few icons on my desktop, but I think the new live search thing on the vista start menu is fucking brilliant, dont need icons!

I must have that backround. Could you link me too a download please?
I still win. Also, amazing BG Bom, did you make that yourself?

Wait, why do people from the UK know Trailer Park Boys if Americans don't? That's just confusing.
I think they just crossed the eery valley.
Heheh, think you were shooting for the "uncanny valley", but I definitely see what you mean. I would say that they still have a little ways to go with making them look natural though, especially the talking. Not sure I can put my finger on it, but I think it's the lack of any movement where it's not completely necessary to the action.

I was talking to you about Trailer Park Boys (albeit very briefly) when you were over here in January!
Methinks you need to lay off the rum and the dope.

Olympics
Well holy shit. who's watching the opening ceremony?

Who gives a fart? The Olympics are actually really boring if you think about it, its only cool if you're into one of the events(like if you do track or something) or if you have a certain athlete to cheer for. I mean, the Olympics are fun and exciting if you're there or watching it on TV for the first time, but it gets stale, especially seeing as its the same stuff every year.
imo, anyways

The thing with the drumming lights was pretty cool.
Thats what im talking about, i only watch the opening ceremonies, and that one was realllly good. the drums were awesome

There's no dope to blame. I am a child of the alcohol. No exception tonight, I've been doing irish carbombs. They are quite delicious.
Still doesn't really answer my question.
I just want to see ping pong. Have you seen how f*cking crazy good they are at it? They are like both 10ft away from the table and still playing.

irish carbombs are disgusting. id prefer double sambuka and gin over an irish carbomb..
for now ill just have myself another beer.

Call me whatever you want, but what did this guy do to be user of the day? Is it like a raffle or something? And kirk, what's wrong with preferring cherry over brandy? =P
All Points West
I just got back from the APW Festival and my legs could not be any more destroyed. This was the first festival I've ever been to.
Girl Talk put on one of the best shows I've ever seen in my life and Radiohead was simply amazing as always. Lots of fun had today.
I think going to Warped Tour was a little more intense. I crowd surfed 37 times.

Qualifications for being selected for User of the Day are as follows:
* User has a profile
* User has posted to the forums
* User has a properly-size profile picture

Hm, when I looked closer at that guy's profile I figured that these were the old qualifications..
Since everybody automatically gets a profile nowadays, and they don't put the profile pic next to the UOTD, you can get it by simply making a single post.
On a totally unrelated subject, it's my birthday today :)
