How I got into Flash:
I think my brother came to Newgrounds first, and I followed him here, since I do that...He also started Flash when he saw how sweet the flashes on here were, so he made a few that were actually semi-good, but got blammed because it was the old days :).

Anyways, I followed him at making Flash too, but it didn't take me more than about a week or two to get accustomed to the idea of frames and scenes, and I slowly learned to animate better, until our school forced us to get tablets which sucked, and I did, so I thought, why not use it for Flash, so that improved my drawing FBF a bit.

Since I was good at math, and much better than I was at drawing, I decided to fuck animating and just went into scripting. And ever since [not exactly sure how long, but somewhere around a year to a year and a half] I've been scripting and losing all drawing abilities. There's my Flash story.

By the way, I do owe Gust some real credit on my coding abilities. He's pushed me and pissed me off enough that it's made me more independent as a coder.

Downloadable AS: Main
I thought this might be a good idea. Just personally, although you guys could disagree with me. I feel like some people need to refer to AS: Main on occasion, or want to read through it while they're away without internet, and it becomes a problem when they can't reach it. Anyone agree?

Getting into Flash
I had access to Flash at uni, one module being about it (from a perspective of programming and making presentations).

It wasn't until I found NG online that I realised it could be used for FUN and silly stuff.

Hence my first animation, rol-ovir and the whole shebang.

It would be nice to have something to refer to on those few occasions when one is away from the computer. Hell, I wouldn't mind a copy of it to aide me on those car rides when all I have is my notebook and pencil.

How I got into flash.
Once upon a time, a young mullet-man was was confused and going through phase. He was looking for hentai, found some on NG, started watching/playing non-hentai stuff eventually, then started to think... "I could make toons just as good as some of these guys." So he started screwing around in flash and one day while skipping school he thought up a really stupid idea for a flash series which would evolve into something more stupid and unpredictable then he ever could image...
...he also did A LOT of drugs.

The rest is history!

Yeah, that's the type of thing I'm trying to come up with. It all depends, but the thing is I don't know how to make .pdf's, so that's kind of an issue. I mean, someone could make a downloadable flash out of it, except for the issue of updating it. I think there should just be a .zip file with all of them inside notepad files or something, along with totally updated links [POSSIBLY] since denvish went down and a lot of the links go to that.

Me? Well, before my balls dropped (lawl) I always liked viewing porn, even when I had shit for sperm, so I saw the words "Mature" on the main page of NG, so I was curious as to what it had. At the time, I was kinda like (anime porn... wtf?) so, then I viewed the actual porn quizzes, but eventually learned there was alot more hentai (for w/e reason) than regular.

I remember Hollow point, it was fun while it lasted. Any game can be great if made online multiplayer. Hollow point was really simple, but really fun because of being able to play with others. I have a vivid memory of Inglor being the king and jumping round killing everyone.

They look nice, but I believe the woman has some over exagerated features (don't know if that was implied). Other than that, they look damn good, but you shouldn't listen to me cause that anime style really isn't my thing.

That would be possible if Tom made a "Flash Reg Lounge" Chat room ! =D That would allow much more (and less) to get done, also you would become a familiar of NG a lot quicker.

A downloadable flash? I'd say about 90% of the world's computers (Excluding Labtops) are connected to the interweb. I figured that if it was something printable, then people would be able to carry it around with them like a book.

If you think people would actually use something like that, then I'd be willing to break down all the tutorials into individual text files, a few .swfs (For the tuts that I can replicate), and pack them into a .zip file. I have quiet a bit of free time right now.

Wait, if you can't do it in adobe acrobat reader, can't your just do it in like, Microsoft word? I've never used adobe, so the only changes I know between the two, is that adobe looks alot, ALOT nicer.

It wouldn't be that hard to do it in adobe acrobat reader, but I was under the impression that a good chunk of computers didn't have it. && As for Microsoft word, that would be a little on the cruel side for Mac users, eh?

Good point, isn't there a notepad version of the list? so couldn't you just print that out? also, does a Mac have any sort of a "Word"? Isn't there something like Appleworks 6? (I dunno)

Lol, there WAS a notepad version of the list. The current link to it leads HERE. Every computer in the school I go to is a mac, and I don't remember what the writing software on it is, lol. I just remember trying to turn in a Microsoft Word file on a disc, and it not opening.

I'm almost positive that Macs can open .pdfs and .txts though.
