I'm truly sorry to hear it if the SS is finally going down, but please try to keep things reasonably civilised on here. If you need to shout and yell at each other, keep it on the SS boards or IMs. I don't know if it'd be better for the issues to be resolved, or for the SS to call it a day, so good luck with it either way.

Well, this is a sore topic to see, I have always found you guys to be necessary on the portal, and that most of the stuff you do, passed, not because people found it to be an easy protect point, but something that was almost always worth having.

I find this incredibly sad to see, I have seen many groups go under from one or two members arguing.
I think there will always be two sides to this story, and neither will always be the truth, I'm sure that things will work out if you just kept on working at it.

F00D, it's obvious that you do love the SS and for all that it has done but you are asking too much. DT are about offending and pissing people off to the point of pages of abusive reviews and hate mail that makes the members roll on the floor with laughter. Sure, some may see your views for the SS as a breath of fresh air and others may think of it as a bad way of changing. I can't say much because I've not been around for about a year but before that the SS and all of thier works kicked fucking ass. Have you not thought about what the others, the originals of the SS and the true fans want? Think about all of this and ask yourself are you really cut out to be a member of the SS? It might be in best intrest for you to step down and hand you position over to someone else within the SS for it seems like you are the true root of all this.

I don't truthfuly understand all of this but, hell, I really don't want to see DT or the SS leave for good. Granted at first I hated the SS and DTs for all their worth but then I realized just how awesome all of it was. I miss seeing posts with nothing but caps and random words. I miss seeing the endless piclownjew flashes. I miss seeing the time trials. I miss all of that stuff. It's really going to fucking suck hard that you guys are breaking up for good. I'm hoping this is all just one big prank on Newgrounds.

I never really noticed the star syndicate that much, and i dont quite remember watching much of their flashworks, but i suppose all things must come to pass,
this is a sad day to many Newgrounds and Star syndicate enthusiasts, and im sure some people are laughing hysterically with glee right now.... but the Star syndicate will, most probably, but not surely, be sorely missed. i wish i had more to say, but since, unfortunately, i joined just a few months ago, never witnessed much of how the star syndicate evolved, never seen its ups and downs and its admirable flash, goodbye star syndicate, and good luck, but from where crews and clubs fall, new ones shall rise, and so continues the beautiful cycle of newgrounds, that is all.

I liked some of your flashes, but one day, I got some sort of virus that spammed my computer, changed some of my settings, and wasted ink- all of it was SS related. I didn't appreciate that. However, I enjoyed you when you didn't submit things that were real gore or porn. I'm gonna miss you guys.

Because this is the case, I'm going to head management of a brand new group, simliar to the Star Syndicate, but without the flash fraud, intentionally bad works, and other stuff.

I'm still thinking of a good name for it though, anyone have good suggestions?
