For your information, the cup is always in Canada, taken care of at the Hockey Hall of Fame, after hockey seasons over and the team is done with it. Not to mention, most of those players are Canadian, therefore will be bringing it back home to Canada to show their Canadian family and friends. I think what you mean is, when's the last time a Canadian city won the cup and that was back in 1993, the Montreal Canadians... my favourite team :)

This is a Carolina victory and all its fans, some of which actually are Canadian... some who are friends/family of the players on the Hurricanes.
