I wouldn't quite go that far - I've completed over 1,000 Requests, but haven't only scored 25% completion rate. There might be enough for 2,000 Total Reviews, considering the ones that I haven't reviewed from the early days, but then again, there is enough stuff submitted every week for people to go out there and gain 1,400 Flash reviews daily

As for the system that we proposed a few weeks ago, it looks as if we have now had the first real test of it - I feel that we should use this as an example of how we decide if flash like this should not be included on the lists.
Hopefully, this will not just turn into a protest vote, where myself and Haggard take a 3 submission penalty in the rankings, just because this conversation was ignored, but hey :P

Club updates
Each Sunday or Monday, Shanus or Haggard currently create a list of all the members, counting up their points, calculating various stats and posting a list of requested submissions. Assuming you review the submissions listed, you will get points for them on the following members' update, 6 or 7 days later.
On Thursday, perfect-insanity creates a list of all requests and recommendations made since the previous Thursday. This can be considered a 'preview' of the list that will accompany the following members' update on Sunday/Monday. The points for these are tallied 10 days later.
Requests made between the 'preview list' and the 'members' update' carry over to the next preview list. So you will always have over 9 days to finish the reviews. (Feel free to review submissions as soon as they are requested!)
FAQ
Should I link to the club in my sig?
There's no obligation to do so, but it's certainly appreciated. Remember that you can put a high number in place of the page number in the url and if that page doesn't exist yet, NG will take you to the latest page, whatever it is.

then anyone following that link will always see the latest page.
I don't understand what recommendations are all about!
As mentioned under this section in each list, 'You may make a recommendation if you reviewed 100% of the previous weeks requests and recommendations. It should be over 3 days old and have under 50 reviews.'
As long as your name is on the last 'All requests completed' list, feel free to recommend something you've enjoyed from the portal.
You could use this to let us know about something you think is specially awesome, yet overlooked. If there aren't many game or movie requests, maybe you could make a recommendation so we have something to review.
Does the Review Request Club review stuff for non-NG stuff?
Short answer: no.
Long answer: Milinko used to include youtube requests in the list of requests, but the introduction of a points system didn't leave room for such things. You can request reviews here, but some of us may not have accounts on Myspace/Youtube/whatever or may simply be disinclined to review things outside NG. It wouldn't get nearly as much attention compared to if it were a NG submission.
I'd suggest putting songs on the AP, then making a request that way. It lets us give feedback whilst staying on our favourite site. ;-)

Well don't worry your guy's conversation won't go to waste as I also don't feel that we should have to review these submissions as they are clearly spam submissions. That gives 3/3 votes so far against the flashes. Unless others disagree with us it looks like these won't be added to the list.

Hm, I happen to like the way we are doing here where the members just vote whether they think we should review it whenever a submission could be marked as spam. If someone thinks it's spam then just call it out and the other members will check it out. As long as we have more votes then against the flash being spam then we have it not being spam then it's not going to be reviewed. I think there are enough active members in this club to keep it like that.

Well, I think in this case, we've had the one big democracy, which has clearly worked. As we continue to make cases for this, we will just go with the majority, as I for one don't want to have power over the club, considering that I've been here a long time, like Haggard, Shanus and milinko.

I think we should continue voting as is, but instead of voting on the content of the flash in question, go from the content of the requester's previous flash. If they relentlessly post what would be considered spam that is neither funny, nor shows any signs of improvement than why should we help them try to improve if they are unwilling to in the first place. This would mean we would vote on each individual flash posted by Sidorio not his requests overall spam factor

Well, the concept of "Art"... what counts as "Art" and what doesn't? For me, spam submissions that require no effort whatsoever don't count as Art and shouldn't be reviewed by this club.
If an author needs some help, then I will gladly review low quality submissions, but I won't review submissions that have only one purpose: To annoy people.

I really don't matter. The reason that I don't like to review spam is just in case the spammer's flashes are deleted and/or their account is deleted. Sometimes I enjoy the humor in a spam flash every now and then also, but.. I rather review things in this club from people who want help or people who haven't gotten the attention they deserve on their flash.
