At least you still have 20 or so levels to go through. Higher level users such as myself will only go through a small portion of levels and that will be it. As for the new format for the level icons, there are two separate sheets with one for the aura and the other for the level icons. Shame it's not using individual images but something will be sorted out about that. It may have to be the long-winded road to manually put them all into separate files for the updates to pick up easier.

I wanted to test out the changes for the EXP update and see what you all think. Have a look at the testing update (note: this is NOT an updated list) and see what you think of not only the level icons but also the use of showing deactivated users. They are highlighted in red with strike-through text. I might want to change the colour from red to something else, though since red is also the same colour for 99%+ depositers. Maybe that one can have a different colour and I'll use red for deactivated users on the list?

Level icons are looking good I'd say. I don't spot any errors or anything.

I found it hard to spot any deactivated users, but I finally saw one #1241 after some searching. Perhaps you can make it even more obvious, like strike through their gains or through all their info?

As for the colour of the 99%+ depositors, maybe you can change it to green or gold or blue or something? I think red would suit the deactivated accounts better.

Level icons look good. But I guess the auras are still from before the redesign? I have a green aura now, but it shows my level icon with a red aura.

I like it finally get to see the level icons 60 thru 27 in a more pleasurable size. The hyperlinks should go to /stats so you can check their current xp easier.

EXP update #49 is now available!

Hello all and welcome to my 49th Top EXP Update. This update features two new things. First, you will now see all the level icons that represent the 2012 redesign levels. With a bit of work with putting all the auras and levels together on separate icons, this list now manages the use of the new level icons with ease. The second feature is the red marking of deactivated accounts for those that wonder why their ranks are not as accurate as they should be. Deactivated accounts are marked with red strike text.

Hmm, I made a hiccup with the HTML but I think the red strike text looks good on the usernames. What do you think of that?

I know it's a golden fist/glove, but what's that thing on the left? A hand? Mushrooms? An artificial anus? I know you don't have anything to do with the creation of the icon, but I'd like to know what you think. :P

EXP update #50 is now available!

Hello all and welcome to my 50th Top EXP Update. What can I say, this is a very tough one being at 50 EXP updates and 3 special updates covering 12 month progresses. As the 50th update, it's time I updated the four-weekly lists and add a whole new challenge to them. From now on, the updates will consider vintage EXP system and not the static 60 levels that was implemented on the 2007 redesign. Levelling up was becoming too big from everyone and looking too easy so it helps to cut down on the level uppers and see the ironman challenge of those who have levelled up. This includes showing the classic level icons - a treat for the old school users. Also to add, the requirement to enter the EXP list is now restricted to the top 500. This again will lay down the biggest challenges for the EXP updates yet as over 18,700 EXP is needed just to get there. Best of luck to everyone below who are aiming to gain entry to the EXP updates.

I'm going to be brutally honest here. I don't like it, not one bit. That doesn't mean I don't appreciate the work you put into NG and the stats lists in general and I'm totally into nostalgia (being that I'm an old fart) and whatnot but the design you had going on was excellent. If you need to cut down on your current workload just restrict the list to the Top 500.

I'm a bit surprised at how few level 25+'ers there are by the way. If I remember correctly there used to be a lot more around. I guess that has to do with many of them quitting and leaving Newgrounds over the years.

Hello all and welcome to the real 50th EXP update. I'll admit that my April Fools joke for bringing back the pre-2007 redesign level system to be not the most convincing one out there but I figured it would be fun to have this list reflecting an older and more inaccessible EXP update like in the olden days when it was ramagi who was the EXP list runner. I was hoping to do some updates to the general EXP update for the 50th but I figured April Fools would be special enough anyway. I've done these updates for almost 4 years now and would like to make another just to see it go to the 100th update. Here's hoping!

Well well, looks like I finally passed BlueHippo! Very sweet stuff. The bad thing is, that the amount of active people only increases they higher you climb. Some very familiar names up there, but with the exception of RalphieUJ they all didn't miss a single deposit this month.
