i forgot to mention. the nested arrays can handle as many strings as youd like. just change the following line:
var credits:Array = new Array();
for instance, to make credits for the bbs, i changed the array to:
var credits:Array = new Array(["ng admin:", "tom fulp"], ["ng bbs mods:", "denvish", "afro_ninja", "negativeone", "ozcar", "wadefulp"]);

Anyway, it wasn't much code. I applied a GlowFilter to the mc that contained the letter, and made the strength go up and down.
