Don't worry, it won't last for long. Once you get into the top 300 it gets increasingly harder to get your rank higher - I'm at the stage where some days I don't move rank at all. The higher you are, the worse it gets.

Very nice congrats my friend that's actually a pretty big acheivement. Considering the higher you get, obviously it just continues to get harder and harder to rank up. Yesterday I blasted 8 ranks and I only had something like 20 b/ps. Today is a sick day though, almost 70 b/ps as of currently, and around 270 for the week. Definitely a good week for me.

Yeah, that I have to agree. Some of their flashes are just steady images with BGM and some of the users have connections with the KK and the "TTA" series. Well, I don't like most of the flash crews, since most of them submit low-quality submissions most of the time.

Yes it is, especially since you're a relatively new. I've been here for over 2 years, and I'm just hanging on to an under 2/1 ratio of saves to blams.

From what I can see (and my mouse-pad calculator also), you have a 1.99 ratio between saves and Blams. Yeah, today is much harder to get Blams. It has always been to me, but as far as I know, it was easier in the past.

Most of us here should probably be a lot higher than we are in some statistical respect. I personally left NG for a year after I hit level 10 on the old system. I was an Elite Guard Corporal back then. If I hadn't left I'd probably be a lot higher than I am now, but hey, it's useless wishing for what might have been :)

Yeah it goes up to 1,500 once you reach Sgt. First Class, I believe. Once I hit Major I'm onto the 2,000 point gaps. *Sigh* Of course, it's all meaningless, as the eventual target for most people is 30,000 B/P to get that Supreme Commander badge.

Well, today has been a good day for me. My soccer team won by 4 - 1 in the regional cup, my cats are doing fine, as usuall and I still have some days left of my vacations. The only bad thing that happened today so far is that my dad is traveling, but he'll be back tomorrow.

Carnival is coming, but I don't like it. Although, the city gets empty, since our carnival here isn't popular. Everyone goes to Rio de Janeiro or to some cities in the northwest of the country. I usually saty at home, enjoying the holiday.

I'd agree normally, and indeed blew my last relationship because I moved away, but the current girl is totally worth the effort. Plus at least we've never lived close, so it isn't like we are used to seeing each other every day- that certainly makes it easier. And I get more work done than I would if she lived close, a big bonus coming up to my finals...

That does kind ofsuck if you ask me changing the original dark aura to the evil aura. if you ask me it was way better the other way around. I am just glad that they didn't change the light aura since to me it is the best aura and I will never change it for a quite a few reasons.

Actually, it almost certainly wouldn't work out. I'm very protective of my ideas, and would refuse to let them censor or edit any of my storylines without my approval---pretty much a deal-breaker when it comes to fucktards like them. Good news, however---I received a PM today from LeonardRawles, the flash artist responsible for the extremely-promising Demithyst series that graced Newgrounds in 2005-2006. The series stopped abruptly (despite part 4 being a Daily Feature winner) and many, including myself, considered it to be dead.

But fuck yes, part five is finally in production! Good to see a talented, relatively-new artist coming back to deliver more.

This kind of thing might get me back into B/P'ing someday! :-O

That's fair. My last relationship fell apart because my girlfriend cheated on me, and I don't forgive easily, so I broke up with her. That's one of the reasons I wouldn't try to have a long-distance relationship though, because I really don't trust women. Not everyone is as jaded and cynical as me though :)

It really just depends on the girl and how tight your relationship is. Some girls would never think of cheating, or if your relationship is strong, then the girl would never think of cheating on you. But I would never go into a long distance relationship without solidifying the feelings first.

I switched to Light for Xmas, when I was being festive. I came to make the switch back to Neutral and I realised that the Tomahawk / Hatchet looked appaling with the Neutral background. It's hardly a neutral weapon, considering that it's covered in blood / knottsberry jam.

I guess ours was always likely to be a little complicated as we met on holiday and live a pretty long way apart (around 500 miles). I honestly didn't think it would go anywhere after the holiday, but we stayed in touch and make an effort to see each other at least once a month (for a week or so at a time), and as time has gone on (about 5 months now) we've grown really really close. Certainly I trust her completely. Guess I got lucky, though the distance can be a real strain sometimes- the goodbyes are really awful.

Another solid week courtesy of exams (meaning lots of time spent on my laptop 'revising') and then 4 days off where I pretty much didn't get out of bed unless I was out at the pub. Thankfully my laptop was always well within reach. This week is back to normal though, lectures started today, and my girlfriend is coming down on Friday for a week, which means no B/P time. I'm not exactly complaining...
