Yeah, my lead is already around 3000 points, and growing every day. As for top 50 though, right now I need about 38,000 points, but there are a group of fast movers between me and the prize, which means by the time I get there I could need 45-50,000. What with reduced internet time over the Summer I don't think I'll make that total before I get back to university in September/October.

I look forward to Clock Day and hopefully some more submissions! I don't care if the submissions are quality or crap right now because they both equal points for me one way or another. I am kinda disappointed though that many of the groups aren't around anymore. It seems like a lot of them just stopped submitting altogether and while that does take away a lot of crap, it also takes away a lot of points. :(

I've never seen a clockday- every year I am away on that day, and I'm willing to bet it will be the same this year. In fact I may well be in Spain, not sure yet. I don't like the spam groups, even though they do submit a lot. I never get the points anyway as I almost always vote the wrong way, so better off without them I say.

Of course it rocks! Its one of my favorite Zelda games ever, and thats saying a lot considering that before this one came out the only Zelda game I considered to be better than many other games was A Link to the Past and everyone knows thats a classic! :)

Very true, though I am a total OOT addict (I must have completed it well over 20 times), and loved Majora's Mask and Windwaker as well (I'm easy to please :D). Everything I've heard about TP- how it is set in Hyrule etc, just makes we want it more.

You've never played a PS2/3 or XBob/360 before though? You're not really missing out on the newer systems but the PS2 was pretty good in my opinion! :)

Just always had Nintendo consoles, as I love Zelda/Mario/Metroid games, and my sister likes that kind of thing as well. Don't have the money for more than one console, nor do I see the point, so I've never had anything else. I still love my Gamecube, with Timesplitters/Mario Kart/F-Zero/Resi 4/windwaker/Both metroid games etc, so no need for a PS2 :).

As I said yesterday the next challenge has been postponed due to lack of participation in round 5, so we are still reviewing Nintendo Shorts. Deadline next Wednesday as usual.

Also, I've set up a thread on the forums for my stories, so if you haven't read them go and check it out! There will be a new one up in the next couple of days- it is finished but being read over by a few people first. All feedback welcome, I want to know how I can improve, and if you have any questions regarding my ideas and influences while writing them then that thread is the place to ask them!

Those gaps do get annoying after a while, though 1000 isn't too horrible. You just wait until the 2000 gaps come along, those are terrible!

Unsatisfying job, friends achieving more than myself, single for my whole life, no direction to go, constant hassle from family to achieve more, you know the stuff. But I'm better for now and I have been in the portal a bit more trying to get a substantial boost to my points. Its nice to everyone else has been having fun and how well you are doing in stats and life. I will try to post a bit more and take part in your conversations a bit more or offer an opinion but I cant make a promise.

I'm sorry to hear about all that. It's good to see you've gotten better though and that you're B/Ping once again. And remember, keep rowing that boat, no matter what. Your life will eventually become better through the passage of time. I believe we all go through this in some point in our lives, it's just a matter of coming out of it and realizing we did something worthwhile in life and knowing that the good stuff is yet to come.

Good to hear you're feeling better, everyone goes through those rough patches. I was really low back at Christmas for all sorts of reasons. Not knowing where your life is going can be a real burden, I should know, I'll be graduating from university next year and the only thing I know is that I don't want to do what I am doing now. You just have to take each day at a time and sooner or later things will pan out. Life can only get better after all :)

Yup, it has Wii sports, but frankly with Zelda to play it isn't going to get a look in for a while. Plus I'm looking forward to Super Paper Mario. And what kind of sports game DOESN'T have footie? Pfft!

I got back from Charlotte. I went to the Heroes Convention. I only got to stay for today. I had a really great time. I got a lot of stuff signed. I met some interesting people including Rachel Nabors and Josef Komenda. They are self-published. Rachel does manga-style work that is pretty funny. Her website is subcultureofone.com . Joe's website is feral-chicken.com . Please check them out. They are truly great people and both of them are under-exposed. They have great talent and they are two of the nicest people I've ever met.

Yeah but soccer has always been a little more 'weak' in that way. AFL still gets those great acts of courage, strength and skill but not so many anymore. My team 'Hawthorn' are well known for there courage and its good to see the sort of things they do.

It works out well because its Winter for me so I dont have anything better to do. Its way too cold. I had tennis this morning and I waited 3 hours to play 3rd and last set and the girl (one of the opposition for the other team) injured her ankle so they forfeited that set. I was freezing my ass off just watching the others.

Ever since Tom changed some of the portal settings, blams are way toughter to get then saves. I used to like the old system better when the blams would stay there for a good while. That way, I used to get more. Well, I guess this current system is better because it gets rid of the shit quicker. :/

Yup, it has Wii sports, but frankly with Zelda to play it isn't going to get a look in for a while. Plus I'm looking forward to Super Paper Mario. And what kind of sports game DOESN'T have footie? Pfft!

Super Paper Mario is great. I'm sure X-Naut would agree with me. :) Although I've only played it once, it looks like a solid action/RPG game that would entertain you for hours.

I don't have much time for gaming these days, so I only buy the very best. It means my selection is small, but full of quality. And the likes of Smash Bros have kept me entertained for years.

I think the overall colour scheme will be much the same, after all that is the NG colours. They may change the background gray slightly, but other than that it will all be about layout.

It works out well because its Winter for me so I dont have anything better to do. Its way too cold. I had tennis this morning and I waited 3 hours to play 3rd and last set and the girl (one of the opposition for the other team) injured her ankle so they forfeited that set. I was freezing my ass off just watching the others.

Ah, glorious Summer here :D, and by far the hottest I have ever experienced- kicks the UKs ass! Winter sucked though- over 2 months with snow on the ground :S. Tennis in winter is a strange concept to me, it has always been a Summer sport.

I wasnt alive in those decades nor was I introduced to soccer until I was around 7. I would love to see some English football, we only really get the world cup televised on free to air TV and on Foxtel (cable) there is only the European crap.

I like to make soccer a little more physical if I even play it at school. Its alot more fun, especially when the trips you make are real.
