I DO intend to make a new account someday, but not until I'm in the Top 50, preferably with a few slots to spare so I have warning before being overtaken. Then I can be my own Apprentice, hehe...I miss the rank-ups, the level-ups, the flagging...there's something about starting from nothing and slowly becoming stronger that appeals to me. I'm the kind of guy who restarts video game files a lot, for example, heh.

Any new account wouldn't be until the new layout either, though. And I'd still deposit/submit on Slash. It'd just be neat to do when the time comes.

I think my plans for tonight have fallen through. GUESS THAT MEANS MORE TIME TO GET B/P POINTS! If I don't hear anything different, I'm gonna work on my points tonight. I should reach 1700 sometime tonight. Saturday, I'm going to wake up extra early to begin my campaign for 1800. I should have that by Tuesday, if all goes well. This guy has had this shit for a straight month and hasn't shown me anything yet. Not even a still shot. I'm not one to be a pain in the ass about deadlines, but goddamn... Well, it is sad to see you abdicate your role, but at least you were able to contribute in the way you did for as long as you did. In the light of you stepping down, I will do my best to stay around here and take care of what needs to be done. Remember that in over a year, the EGB has only had two Chief Officers...me and you. I see your point slash i its actually better if you only did it for yourself, That may seem selfish and everything but its really not. Yeah it really does suck. But well there never really is anyhting ever good on tv so i hardly ever watch it unless i am really bored. And well i dont have any gas in my truck to go see a movie. But i guess i keep running in to problem after problem. But i come here so i can talk with people and b/p which i pretty fun to do. So NG actually keeps me away from boredom most of the time, i guess thats why im on here so much.

How is everyone today then?? I've been kinda slower on the b/p yesterday and today wont be that good either. I'm from UK so the best time for me to b/p is later on at night. I'm working this afternoon and I'm going out to see a good local band tonight so ill not be getting much today either. I wanna rank up again before the next barracks update roster just so i can work out what my average pace is. Less than 200 to go until EG Private so i should definitely be ablet o do it. I just wanna find out how much I'm getting per day in an average week so i can work out how long it will take me to get to certain ranks.

Ha...here are the results:

- I only freed up aboug 20GB, but then again, who could uninstall some of those great programs I've accumulated all those years?
- I only had two trojan horses, which were obliterated easily
- Only 10 spyware over an 8 month period...not baaad...
- Took bout 8 hours total, including defrag time (which was done with AusLogics Disk Defrag, which is about 10x faster than Symantec's defrag, about about 20x faster than Windows Defrag. Go figure.

I also ended up overclocking my 2.8GHz P4 to 3.1GHz and my graphics card from 500MHz to 580MHz. This involved removing all the damn dust from my PC case and making sure all my case fans were installed properly.

End result:
WoW before:
Resolution: 1024x768
Eye Candy: all minimal
FPS range: 30fps highest, 5fps lowest, 15fps average

WoW after:
Resolution 1280x1024
Eye Candy: all max except for antialiasing and anisotropic filtering
FPS range: 70fps highest, 20fps lowest, 35fps average

Don't you love how Windows requires so much upkeep? At least I get paid for this during the week... :-)
