OK, as both Phantom and Eagle aren't present I am going to field this one, and I hope that they are both OK with that when they come to read it. I'd also like to ask Phantom, both as an officer I hope he trusts and I'd like to think a friend, to be controlled when you inevitably come to reply to this. I think you have every right to be angry, but that is the response DoD wants and I hope you can see that a measured response will be better.

I'm entirely with Phantom on this one. You really pissed me off this morning by undermining my authority and repeating exactly the post that I made about the file swaps. I don't mind you coming here and mentioning a stolen or swapped entry, but when that has already been done HOURS before your post there is no point in doing so. You also should not be making suggestions to officers such as Phantom about what he should do- he knows better than you do what should be done and I have no doubt that he responded appropriately. Just because the entry was not removed immediately does not mean he didn't do anything. The second two posts were equally pointless and repeating what had already been said.
Do you think that I will waste my time and post here if I do not care about the place? Nope! I came in with the intension to help, is that the way how your parents teach you about treating with someone who wants to help? Some one told me not to post when you are angry. Lord, I will not return as a member anyway, (I know it now, thanks, man!) so why should I continue to hide what I have been willing to say for a long time? You may think that you are a superior leader because of your sky high ego and Eagle's trust. People here may flatter you by admiring you. But look at the mirror, do you really feel so great that you can snap on anyone whenever you want to and everyone will keep quiet forever? In my heart, unless you learn how to control your tempo, you will never be a great leader.
Phantom has earnt the respect of both Eagle and the rest of the members of this club by being a great poster and a good leader in Eagle's absence. Maybe he does snap a little easily sometimes, but he usually has good reason to and if i was in his position I would be angry with a lot of things that have gone on as well. Nobody is perfect, and I hope that Phantom can see that sometimes he has reacted a little strongly in certain situations, but I consider him the best person this place could have as a leader and it is clear that Eagle agrees.
I was kicked out because of encouraging people to mass blam the SS entries and my bad reputation thanks to my posting habits. I know it better than you do, you do not have to keep on saying it all the time. I wonder who will like to join the EGB when you snap on them when they come by to help as vistors.
You were thrown out because a group of the more experienced and trusted members of this club voted for you to leave. Phantom was by no means the only person who voted you out, and it was more than a bad reputation and one bad mistake that made our decision. Your posting is bad- taking today as an example you could have put your first two posts into one quite easily- you didn't even need to quote my post of you didn't want to. Of all the members on this forum you double post more than anyone I have ever seen, and almost always without having to. On top of that your spelling and grammar is often very poor. I realise English isn't your first language, but someone of your supposed education should know that a word like 'craps' is not a word.
But what is really annoying is how you constantly undermine other people and clearly think yourself smarter and better than everyone else. Many of your posts here have been making suggestions to both Eagle and Phantom and most of the time that has been way out of line with your standing here. I don't care what your education or standing is in the real world- this is not the real world. Here people gain respect by having respect for others, posting well, and not shoving their real world exploits down people's throats.
You wonder why big b/p names who are in the top 20 do not bother joining the EGB? It is because most of them do not like the strict rules of EGB and how you act like a superior leader who has mega power. The original purpose for Eagle to create this club is because he wants people to enjoy life and have fun. (check back page 1 if you want) Unfortunately, snapping on people (not only me) and keep on warning them is not defined as "fun" in my book. I know that it is Elite Guard Barracks. But to be honest, the atomphere here was much nicer when Eagle was running the place. Personally, I enjoyed myself much more when Eagle was still around and posting regularly. Yes, he also does get angry on me once in a while, but it does not affect his role for me: a mentor and a great leader with high charisma, Another truth is that I had not had much fun posting here ever since Eagle handed the comanding role to you. For me, if I cannot have fun anymore, maybe it is not a terrible ending to be forced out for good.
There are actually a fairly large number of high level users in this club- more than there are in most others in fact. Most high users do not post often anywhere so it is no surprise that they are not found here. Eagle is a great leader- I think everyone is agreed on that, and without him this place would have been locked a long time ago. But as such I for one think that he made the right decision in leaving Phantom to run the place, and I think that Phantom does a damn good job of keeping this place running.
I have nothing to lose --- I was kicked out already and I know that I will not return as a member anymore because many people like you do not want me here regardless because of my past. Therefore, you can directly or indirectly influence on other people's decision because you are running the place. The bottom line is that because you and a few other guys will voter against me regardless because of my history even when I make an attempt to come back, I know that I am done for good as an EGB member.
The vote was almost entirely against you, and it certainly was not Phantom that influenced it. You have been given many chances here and made more mistakes than everyone else put together. Posting about mass blamming was just the final nail in the coffin. Even once you were discharged from here you have continued to post. Had you simply gone away and posted elsewhere in a decent manner you may have been allowed back. Think of this in the real world- had you been fired from a job would you keep coming back and working in the hope they will rehire you? I don't think so.

Like I said before, I consider Phantom a good leader. I think he would be wise to curb his temper on occassions, but he makes the right decisions and continues to hold up the rules and regulations of this place. Without him it would be chaos around here, and the EGB would most likely be locked.
I think it would be best for all involved if you stopped posting in here DoD. Go out and post in other threads- maybe even give general a try. In the last few days I've spent some time there, and once in a while there is a decent thread. I doubt you will ever be welcome here, but if you continue to post in this confrontational and superior manner you will only make things worse for yourself.
I've tried to be fair in this post, and I've said what I feel. Clearly my word doesn't hold much standing compared to Eagles or Phantoms, but I hope you can read what I have said and understand where I am coming from. I am not a confrontational person, and I don't take sides.
