lol, it is the first school day for me as well. We had no classes today because it is the register day. The class schedule is relatively easy on Tuesdays and Thursdays. just two classes each day. Same here. I had to go to school today as well. That makes three of us. Good luck on reaching Elite Guard Supreme Commander by April. If you are really dedicated and put effort in your soldier's role of protecting the portal, you should reach it without any flaws.

The portal is extremely slow today. There are only six submissions under judgement. I guess we aren't the only users who went to school today! My guess is that all those Star Syndicate spammers all went to school so therefore they didn't have the chance to do what they most enjoy doing, which is spamming the portal.

Hey man! Six is not bad. When I checked the portal last time, there were just 3 UJ entries. Nevertheless, I still managed to pass bxmgamer (not officially yet) earlier today. I want to reach EGSC before April, and I want to reach it as a member of EGSC even more. Though do not know my fate yet, I have got a clear clue. Of the 5 officers, MP and Phantom definately want me out, Washu and Helmok definately want me to stay. That means that your vote could determine by fate. Do not take it as an order, I am not going to complain anything even if you vote against me. I just want to get another chance and I vow to make all the doubters and haters wrong. The reason why I did not argue with MP last night was because I figured out that my future behavior would be the best tool that I have to use to prove him wrong and show the whole EGB that I am a changed person. My vote is to keep you since i've always like you and your posts and i always found your posts worth reading not like "hey guess what i have nothing to say" (WOOT post 1+). Now DoD about your posts before about SS i could only wish that the rest of the barracks could put this behind just because you made a mistake. Now according to EagleRock you got many chances well since i've been here i don't recall you ever making a mistake since now. I've my point of view this seems like the Donald Trump thing with that Miss.USA thing and like DT said in life its all about a second chance or something like that.

Actually, I think all the possible votes (which were five) by our fellow officers were already read and considered by EagleRock. My vote was not made possible because of the fact I logged in too late in order to input my comment on the matter. (In other words, when I tried to access the forums, no topic longer existed.) Just be a little more patient and wait until EagleRock posts his final word. By the way, why do you think that Hemlok and LittleWashu definately want you in? What makes you say that?

You forgot Donthuame and HomerDough as a Liaison he qualifies. Same with Turkeybean who did take part, and for those interested in knowing, the vote concluded with 6 saying he is out, and 1 saying he deserves one more chance, not saying who. But EagleRock or not, a decision has been made by the EGB's finest. I believe at this point he is the only one who may return him, and since I take his role whenever he is too busy, I say we follow the vote with this large gap, and ask DoD to take his leave. I will make it formal but honorable.

To Phantom: I barely sent my vote today (literally right this moment, so Phantom check your PM inbox and make sure to delete it. It does not matter anymore.) Phantom please keep in mind that I was not aware of your post telling us Dream-of-Duke was officially expelled. My vote at the last moment was not in any way made to help Dream-of-Duke out of his expulsion, (if you do not believe me, Phantom, check the time the pm was sent and the time you're post was made. DoD, I'm sorry you had to leave us, but you lingering on in the Barracks has come to an end. The officers have spoken and it is your time to go. You posted here often and helped out on whether something was stolen or not and you always expressed how you thought the Portal was running everyday. You also picked fights with people and you even said how to vote at times which is strictly forbidden. You had pros and cons in here and unfortunately the cos took over and eventually got you out of here. I'm not going to lie, I'll miss seeing your sig in here and reading your posts on how much you hate the spammers out there. I hope you find another club to join in that you fit well in. It is my last post here, please give me the right to do so. After all, I have been here since page 6. What a journy in the EGB over the past year. It is indeed to a shame to end my membership like this. Damn, I would never encourage mass voting and being a jerk if I knew that I would be put into the trial and forced to leave. Too bad that I thought that I would be safe forever after Eagle defending me multiple changes, Jesus, I was wrong. I completely comply the outcome of the votes and accept my fate. It saddens me that some people who I considered friends voted against me because I was an asshole and deserved to be ousted. I hoped that I could be as luck as Socially-Failed and got a second chance, I tried to appeal with my not-to-good logics. Unfortunately, nothing could save my ass here because I woke up too late. I can complain about the policy that only officers were allowed to vote, but I will not. Even if everyone was allowed to vote, it is going to be the same outcome anyway because nobody but me and save myself and I did not do that when I could. I have been flying in the sky thanks to my high egos ever since I went to Duke, today, I fell down hard. Man, that hurts! I know that it is all over now because most people hate me for what I used to say and used to do. In fact, my destiny was sealed as soon as I screwed up on the mass voting issue and all the desperate appeals afterwards were proven to be meaningless because I was so hated. Still saddened by my dismisal, my memory flashed back to the early days of my EGB journy which I was invited to take the Conduct Officer by Eagle. Although the suggestion was declined by MP, at least the suggestion itself made me proud. However, it has been a downhill for my reputation here from that day. Saddly, I wrongly believed that I was still on the hunt of an officer position until I was told that I was on a trial which woke me up. Unfortunately, I woke up to late to make an impact. I do understand now that nothing can save me now, but God, it is hard to say goodbye after spending over 1 year at EGB and posting nearly 50% of my total post amount here. Unfortunately, I have no choice now --- I simply killed myself. It is an emotional tonight for me as my road came to a sadden and dishonorable end. If there is second chance, I will definately rejoin your people at any cost and be a good boy! I will miss all of you, including you, MP, you are an awesome officer and you will certainly lead this place to a bright future. In the end, I hope that you people, including Eagle, can at least have a look at my last post here even if some of you want to report to the mods and give me a well deserved ban. I know I havent been here that long and that my posts are few and fare between but the times I saw Dream-Of-Duke in here he seemed to be making legitimat posts. Have I missed something big here? What ever the reason for the discharge I'm sure it was for a good reason but it is quite saddening to see such a long serving member get banished. I guess it goes to show that no one is safe unless they obey the rules.

Also, I am sorry to hear that DoD has been discharged from the EGB, but I can understand the reasons for that action. I observed when PL and him were debating with each other on the last page, and I wanted to post a response to Duke's complaining and "vote 0" thing, but I just didn't for some reason. Now that he has left the BBS, I feel a bit bummed about having a fellow member leave all of a sudden. I know I don't post every now and then here, but I still keep on the down-lo about events happening within the crew.

To put is simply, he still broke the rules. Not ever, under any way even implying, much less encouraging mass voting has been a NG rule since for ever. But he ( and others ), continuously broke the rules with posts that put us in grave jeopardy. And every one who made such a post was frowned upon by the Officers of the time. Duke has been one that kept getting second chances to improve and stop, but this last time with the new arrival of the SS and his blunt encouraging people to zero their flashes was way out of the place, especially since after last time, the EGB FAQ also contained this rule comprehensively ( Section #7 ) and violating it without knowing it exists has turned impossible. Sure, he did mean well, but the way he thinks of doing it still wrong. Take for example the following. If when Osama is caught, he is shot in the head immediately, it would be good and end his terrorist acts, but it still doesn’t change the fact it’s homicide. Or if cross a red light in the middle of nowhere, it’s good because no one is hurt and move on, but it is still just as much a crime.

And I want you to know the trouble this thread has seen, some of you are new and don’t know, but mods quite often take the time to check up on a thread, especially one that’s got a lot of spammers calls. And if they see that post, it’s over. Either they lock it or go to Eagle about it being locked. Thankfully they have gone to him and he managed to discourage them. But I as I’m sure he would agree, will not let the place be locked because of one man. Eagle, I, and a few selected others gave blood, sweat and piss to make the thread what it is and we will not tolerate our work getting instantly demolished over the foolishness of one man. Also, I’d like to make a personal statement that has nothing to do with the rules he broke, he has an ego large enough to suck in the sun and in his early days the bragging of the so called girlfriend and GPA and so on.

Its always sad seeing any member leave a crew but it makes it even worse that DoD was a great member and that he made mistakes that he didnt learn from.
However, he still broke rules and he shouldnt receive a pardon just because he's a regular poster or whatever.

Wrong. EGB is a Hierarchy, meaning the higher leveled members defined by a certain job and title rank, are the ones that get to vote. Those are Officers
