Excuse me it wasn't impossible to get gold with the old system at all. If that was the case I would have had silver until the whistle change as well as the user formerly known as Tantera. But we flagged abusive reviews and evenually we made it past silver. So it wasn't impossible to gold with the old system you just had to get enough whistle points to get to it just like with the old EXP system.

Deity wasn't impossible to get either but it was a lot harder. Since in order to get deity you would have to tie or pass the top user to get it.

I will say it was super hard to get past silver with the old system since the points needed to get to gold and deity were on a sliding slace that the top user could increase whenever they got whistle points, but it wasn't literally impossible to get these ranks since there were people who actually got to these whistle levels.

God, the SS are launching another raid in the portal. I took my responsibility by voting 0 on those undeserving (a few of them are decent though) craps. Saddly, we cannot do anything about the NG n00bs and the plain fact is that they will continue being easily provoked and leaving abusive reviews. However, I noticed that most of the SS entries just barely pass the judgement. If we get more fire power, we may drive their raid back...

I believe Duke, you said something yesterday that all this spamming was because of a special day for the SS. I doubt that, its been going on for two days now and im sure it will continue tomorrow. Before yesterday, i had'nt seen any real amounts of spam from the SS and i thought, in a way that they had slowed down with their spamming of the portal. I think this is a demonstration of their ability to continue releasing these flashes and that they arent dead yet. This may continue all week.

Actually, it is a piece of good news. Apparently, there is little that our EGB people can do against their mass votings. Now they are crossing the line and irritate the mods which may lead the mods' actions against them. :\

Your laptop would shut off same here my shitty Toshiba would heat up and then shut off every 5 minutes. I got a new comp last thursday and now my comp never shuts off. I LOVE HP.

How nice to know you care for me... there was about a month where my B/P dropped to nearly 0 which is why he passed me back then because the fight was close till then. Then he passed me and some unmentioned things happened and my B/P dropped to 0 over a month once, then during the summer war ( Yes, summer war. Fondly old Israel ) it went out again for a month so I think I'm doing pretty well for making up for a potential 8 K points in loss...

Yeah, I got over it and I got enough power so that I don't really have to salute to any one, but it is nice to see some one still joyful about the role playing. I hasn't been so hardcore into the role playing of it in quite a while, but it's nice when some one else has that...Enthusiasm. And besides, I only have to salute to Peter, and I can salute to any one in the ranks who I choose to.

I see... Well, in the new layout, is there going to be new B/P ranks? (I'm not really sure about it...) Because if there is, I guess it will take some time when someone reaches the highest rank there can be. Meaning, everybody here will have the opportunity to salute anyone. But the highest in rank, or EGSC's, will still deserve respect though.
