The rank doesn't update until the middle of the night anyway. Only B/P points update in real time. There will be a screen shot coming of my glorious victory as and when the ranks are updated, just as permanent proof that I did get the pass as I'll be losing the spot again in a couple of days.

OK, one shorted processor, one blown motherboard, one thank all that is holy salvaged old hard drive installed same day as purchased into new computer tower and thank heavens for 13 year old sons who can figure out how to unlock documents thereby saving mother's butt in the LJ world........yeah, it's been a wonderful two days!!

All said, though, I am back with a new computer and ready to resume racking up some BP points after a horribly slow week due to low/no computer availability. I hope this experience will not be repeated any time soon.

Wow nice! Ive only got 85 so far with the 34! now in the portal. Thats most likely a record for me. Back on clock day and daily day I wasnt so much INTO b/ping therefore did not recieve that many points. I think I only did the 50 under judgement at the time and left.

Plus I've got some good and bad news... there is a massive snow storm bearing down on Denver at the moment, which could quite possibly screw up my flight on Thursday. Which sucks. The good part is that I might get a bit of extra time to B/P though :D (always looking on the bright side!).

It's the only thing stopping me from hitting something...

Thanks, hes got 3500 so im not too far off. Man, back in the days of the low ranking i used to do half a days b/ping and go up 3000 ranks. These day im lucky to go up more than 50 for a whole days work. But i best not complain since most of you guys only go up 1 rank after several weeks of hard work.

And if I keep at a pace of about 375 points a week until June(when I started b/ping last year) then that's be roughly 9,400 points, plus the like, 17,000 I have right now would be around 26,400. Although the new update will probably have been up since then, and lord knows what hell will follow it.

But there's Winter Break(starting this Thursday), and of course the eventual Spring and Summer breaks, so, unless I have something better to do, I should get a lot more b/p that I am right now ;)

That's some quick thinking with the math there, buddy. You will most likely get a lot more points during all of your breaks. My Christmas break starts thursday as well and I plan to gain a lot of points. Mostly because I can stay in front of Donthurtme. I really hope the new layout doesn't screw with the B/P system. I think it's perfect the way it is. If something does change about it, and I don't like it, I probably won't be half as active as I am now.
