I saw that entry and whistled as well as voted 0 on it, per the guidelines. If I knew how to post a link, I would. I am a computer idiot and honestly don't know how to post links from flash submissions. I managed to get from red whistle to deity in under two weeks by doing as LittleWashu said. I will still flag anything that strikes me as violating the rules, whether it be for submissions or for reviews. I did not know that submissions are judged slower than reviews if whistled, but I guess it stands to reason, so do both flagging and voting 0 on those kinds of rule-violating entries.

To Peregrinus, I understand how easy it is to get frustrated by b/p'ing. At times, it seems completely thankless. I don't worry about maintaining any kind of pace. I'll get there (EGSC) when I get there...if I don't, I don't. The world ain't gonna end over it and NG will still be here, too. It's normal to concentrate on one area or other while spending time at NG as there is certainly enough to keep us all occupied day in and day out.

Congrats to those who recently leveled up or got a new badge...EGFL is getting closer and closer for me...

I Wasn't just speaking for myself when I said that but for all the EGB who ever posted links to flash that got marked and deleted as well as the ones that go to the abusive thread and flag. Not only that but I posted several times that you can't lose whistle points from anything unless a member of the NG team comes and checks out the flash but it seems DoD doesn't read the thread. Alright, seems most of you have a lot to say on whatever topic this is. First let me start with Peregrinus. It's been great knowing you, ever since the K-Pingu time of yours in the NGPD, I'm glad that under our lap you grew much more, but if you wish to leave, I won't stop you.

Secondly, DoD. People make an effort to pass you because it first glance it always seemed so hard, nit turned out possible. I remember joining as a Master Sergeant and seeing you with whatever rank you had, I believe it was Captain, and I wanted to be one myself so much, and as eventually got closer to passing you, by Major rank, it made me proud and understand that with the right amount of determination anything can be done, it's honestly not personal.

As for Washu vs. DoD, I'm not taking sides or even getting close to this, but fuck, don't this in public. I want every argument the Barracks will ever have, to be made in Private, or if you still want a crowd, on our Forums' Court Martial. Clear?

Yesterday, the author of Animator vs. Animation, Noogai, created a thread in which he stated that he has finished Animator vs. Animation 2, linked us to the website that he gave it to, and said he will be uploading it to NG in about a month.

Well, just recently, it was uploaded to the portal by an account whose alias is the name of the website on which Animator vs. Animation is located. But Noogai said he would upload it himself. What course of action should we take? Contact Noogai? Not flag it just yet?

Sorry about that but DoD was talking complaining about how something got blammed instead of getting marked for review. Then he went on about talking about how the EGB with the gold/Deity whistles weren't doing anything with them since we can't go any higher like he knew what he was talking about. I got on him about this not only for myself but for everyone here who has a whistle level of gold and deity.

I also got upset because he was talking stuff that I had answer more then one and quite a few times he was the one talking about the losing of whistle points from flash getting blammed instead of marked when you blow the whistle. Also on that issue there were a few others who said the same thing to DoD when it comes to posting links to the abusive flash instead of just telling everyone about it.

I will PM DoD next time if this happen again.

I am not a skillful person when it comes to computers. But hey, I do know how to post a link. However, I use the library computer a lot more often than my laptop, (my laptop is mainly for school work) The disadvantage is that I cannot paste using the library computer since the key is disabled. (control C+ control V also do not work...)As a result, it is impossible to paste a link when I am in the library. If you know another way of pasting a link, tell me! ;)

Em...I'm not sure if you mean the whole option is disabled or just the keys, but right clicking a highlighted text will give you the options of copy and paste or at least it should.

Daily day huh, I knew there was some kind of day I missed. I went back home to San Diego for two weeks. While I was there I visited family and friends, got drunk in Mexico, went to aerosmith concert (front row + for free!!), drove out to Vegas, and married my girlfriend of 3 years. Good times!

As for becoming as active as I used to be that's doubtful for the next 6 months or so I will be pretty busy. I'll be leaving for another trip shortly so I'll be out of the game for a few months, also I'm helping my wife plan for a real wedding during April. So my activeness will be intermittent in between my "trip" and my other trip to San Diego for the wedding. I'll be as active as I can though. I was really hoping for EGSC by summer but it's not looking good. I might be buying a house though so that's pretty good! :P
