Hey phantom hope your surgery went well and the reason i was absent is well this is the WORST thing EVER!!!! the reason i havent been online is that my ac adapter for my comp broke like my sis she fixed my low disk probelm then well my ac adapter cord was breaking but then she touched it and it broke off and the company Delta Electronics is located in Korea soit would take 3 weeks to arrive so pretty much thats my story but i found this store (compu smart) which had it and i bought it. But personally, I am not going to speed up to an insane level just someone is obssessed with passing me and b/p 100+ per day. I've put some thought into what I am about to say. Reply to it or not, I don't really care...

In the last few months, I've changed. Things I used to enjoy on Newgrounds, I have lost interest in. Namely voting on new submissions.

I served through the period of time where the Barney Bunch were the notorious buggers of the portal. And I had fun.

Now though, I don't have any urge to go to the portal to do more than deposit my experience points.

I've also noticed a change in my duty as an officer of the EG Barracks. Chances are many of you didn't even know I was EG Barracks NGPD Liason.

Having been away over the summer, I lost my connection with the NGPD. Most people there don't know who I am. Nor do they care. Any post I've made in recent times has never been quoted. I don't even know if any of them bothered reading what I wrote.

When I left over the summer, I asked SlashFirestorm if he wouldn't mind taking over looking after the NGPD in my absence (it fit because he holds the position of Recruitment Officer).

He's done a good job there. More importantly, he holds the respect of the NGPD members.

I no longer have influence there. Slash does.

Because of this, and other influences, I am resigning my position of EG Barracks NGPD Liason officer, for the reason that I no longer see it (the position) as relevant (everything I do is already covered by SlashFirestorm's position), and also because I no longer consider myself effective in that role. This resignation is effective as of the end of this post.

Another thing I've felt I've fallen apart from is the Barracks itself. The thread being centered on Blam/Protect rankings, I don't feel I fit in any more.

Thus effective immediately, I am removing myself from active status in the Elite Guard Barracks. The reason being, as I said before, I no longer find voting on Under Judgment entries the least bit amusing/fun/whatever. Proof of this is the fact that, although I am less than 200 B/P points away from ranking up, I just don't care any more.

My time and attention is now the Newgrounds BBS, because that is where I believe I can make the best impact.

I may vote on one or two entries from time to time, but may never be as active as I once was.

I may also pop in to say hi here once in a while, if theres something interesting. I'll still lurk, but unless I see something (as I mentioned) interesting, or directly related to me, my posting here will be sparse.

So thank you to those I've known and come to know. The times I've had were memorable, the friends better than many I have had. It's been a good run here, and it was a hard decision to make, but I think the right one.

Don't engrave that trophy yet Mr. Duke, I will be B/P until God knows when. I don't care about the badges and all of that, I want to be on the top. Right now my goal is passing up all of the stragglers in front of me but eventually I will be setting my goals much higher. You may think your the only one who has the determinaton to get to 300,000 B/P points but I think your sadly mistaken. I see a lot of potential in a lot of the Barracks members such as Phantom, Pepeatumi, ADT, Tantera, and even myself. We also have better averages then you. I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything but I just don't understand why you think you are the one that will stick with B/P and eventually be the one on top. There are many others who want to be there also. About that tradition thing, I consider it being a joke. Don;t have to get all tense about it.

Its always good to give words of encouragement to other EGB members. And from what I see in your reaction, you'll find that now you have a reason to B/P a bit more... And you don't need to sacrifice schoolwork or a social life to get a good B/P average.

And to Peregrinus... You've been around the EGB for as long as I can remember, so obviously its a shame to see you go. I understand your point about voting on new submisisons and I respect your decision to stop B/Ping. Its good to know that you won't leave NG completely and instead you'll just be focusing on other things.

I just think that the author should not get away from submitting a porno entry without suffering any negative consequeces. DoD that comment is an insult to me. I flagged that a soon as I saw that you should really copy the link and Post it here instead of just telling people about it or don't you know how to do this? Also i said it many times already but I guess I didn't beat it into your head enough yet so I will say it aagain YOU DON'T LOSE WHISTLE POINTS FOR ABUSIVE FLASH UNLESS SOMEONE IN THE NG STAFF LOOKED AT THE FLASH AND SENT IT BACK INTO THE PORTAL!
