As -BADLUCK- mentioned, our Barracks need a slogan, a good one, so that our Elite Guards will come here. I have a slogan in my mind right now which is: Elite Guards Barracks, the best place for NG Elites. I know that it sounds like advertising. But hey, it is a slogan, so it needs to be advertising. For the promotion, I believe that Bahamut7, -Mitis- (I cannot spell the japanese word, grrr) have proven to be capable as officers. I am sure that they will run the Barracks well with their experiences and mature behaviors. I also think that it is the time to take the challenge and ask for the consideration to be the Conduct Officer. I know that it will be a challenging position for me. But with my hot blood and the experience learnt from you, Eagle, nimmer and all the others, I believe that I am ready now. So Eagle, please consider my suggestion.

There is just another BB fileswap which just sneaked in. >:( I think that everyone should make a list of what he/she has watched recently including the authors' names. I know that it is hard, but I have most of the entries that I have watched lately in my memory bank. :) I know that it takes lots of extra work, but in that case, once we see a passed judgement entry again while the author has no saved entries, it must be a BB fileswap. In addition, let's say that BB stole a flash from a certain auuthor. If the author happens to see his entry under the judgement again without resubmitting it, he can email Wade and Wade will know that it is a BB fileswap. By the way, when we whistle, we can offer the links where the BB authors have stolen from.

I have been away from the bbs for most of the week, basicly tired, and i been in the portal alot as of late, i did movve up from b/p's Rank #49 >> #48, so i cant complain about that, how is everyone else doing with the crap in the portal?

Well its been alright. The BB has been pissing the crap out of me, I know its like free BP points but it gets annoying after a while.

That is a good point, Private. One slipup like that could cost the Barracks so much more than stopping a fileswap. Indeed, Wade has it well under control. Staff Sergeant SlashFirestorm did note that Wade deleted the fileswap a mere 10 minutes post-fileswap.

Well, Captain, sir, I'd best say let others assess the situation. I am leaving petitions into the hands of fellow officers. I have no doubt that you have gained much over the last few days, but I would rather let the others give me petitions. I wouldn't want a repeat of the other day, so I am keeping my ultimate reservation in the matter. Surely you understand my reservations, as I did flub up majorly and cannot bear to do so again.

That being said, I really want the input from my fellow soldiers on this matter. As you know, there are many people that were being considered, and I would like reconsiderations of peitions, if anyone has any. Thank you.

Oh well. I was pretty much the same, as I made around 101 B/P (plus the UJ). Looks like I'll slowly skip another day's worth of B/P at this rate...

Another BB fileswap has occured, and again, it is a malicious one, attempting to print itself (my pop-up blocker went crazy as well). I already e-mailed Wade on this...hopefully it'll be gone shortly.
This one was a hangman game...I can't remember the exact name though. If someone does, please post it so I can add it to my list (I only have four flashes on it so far, but over time it may become a longer, useful resource). I'll put "hangman game" on it until I get an exact name.

It is 3:06 am already and the portal tonight is incrediblably active with 15 underjudgement entries. There was another BB fileswap sneaked in moments ago. Eagle, please raise the DEFCON level to 2 as tonight looks usual.

How about some one will have the job of taking screen shots of the portal every time a new wave of submissions arrives... nothing to precise and would help us know every flash title before and after swap if it happens...

DEFCON Update:

Several flash have been fileswapped this evening, and the trend has not stopped. Rather than reduce the DEFCON to DEFCON 4, it will remain at DEFCON 3 to signify a more active early-morning Portal. Please keep diligent in searching for malicious flash!

Annoying it is. Hopefully Wade will deal with it as soon as he wakes. He has always taken care of these quickly, so I wouldn't worry.

It is active, but not active enough for DEFCON 2. Indeed, over about 40 minutes I've only seen about 5 new UJ flash. Fact remains, the Portal is slow, but few are awake to pass judgement on these flash, which is the cause of the inflated number. It does, however, warrant staying at DEFCON 3.

It sounds like a job that might come in handy, but would indeed be tedious and boring of a job. Only someone that is on the Portal all the time and has plenty of time on their hands could really take up this position. Hmm...I would think this is the place to find someone of that caliber...anyone want to take up this task?

In addition, his only comment was to ask us not to vote 0 on the moive. Apparently, the moive looked pretty look. If it was his submission, why did he ask us not to vote 0 since the moive was good enough to get a high score anyway? I can feel that he is very nerves and afraid of people recognizing the truth. More importantly, his other submission has been marked already. As a result, the moive must be stolen. (I explained the reason already on my previous post.) Once again, feel free to gain some whistle points.

I'll take it. I make constant refreshes of the portal and will take screen shots. We should make shifts I will have time for 9 hours from 2 PM till 11 PM GMT -5 (on normal days) in which I will do it... after that I expect some one . On weekends I can do it starting 8 AM to 11 PM GMT -5. And I will make a post when I finish a shift and I hope that the first person to see it will take responsibility and continue the shift and pass it on in a circle form... every one should give his share.
