With good reason too. What would happen is some punk would actually get enough to have 100% voting power and then run rampant through the portal. He would be able to b/p flash with no real guidance. Only users who have already passed EGSC would benefit from this boosted voting power so it's pretty unlikely that some random punk will even be effected by it and I would hope that by then that user would have enough respect for Newgrounds to know better then to vote without guidance.

you need the lowest score for the entire week, of all the movies that passed. reviews have nothing to do with TOTW. in order to get underdog, you need the biggest difference in score/review. so, most people try for a low score, and a high review, though you COULD win with a high scoring movie, with a low rating in reviews. i've seen at least 5 attempts for TOTW this week, so i dunno if you can make it :'( TOTW isn't what it used to be any more :/
