True. However, if we take time to address them like we have (especially Praporshchik Major_punk), I think we will be perfectly fine. We also have to make sure that we post enough here and not migrate fully to the other forums. Otherwise, like you said, sir, we will have a bunch of "requesting to join the Barracks" posts.

I agree with Major_punk's inactive police which is very helpful to the barracks. In addition, I believe that there is no need to maintain people who never post after they say that they want to join. The spaces should be for those active Elite Guards and NG polices who work hard to get enough points (1500) to quality to our barracks.

That is indeed why Praporshchik is our Barracks Records Officer. I fully trust his recent policies on what is considered inactivity and stand by him all the way on it.

As do I, Police Captain. Indeed, there is an upswing of inappropriate flash on the Portal right now. However, I am considering keeping the DEFCON at DEFCON 3 overnight rather than reducing it to DEFCON 4, which would be a normal level at this hour.

That flash DOES appear to be file-swapped now, and it's another malicious one that spawns numerous pop-up windows (I closed it really fast before it could overwhelm my computer). These ones are, in my opinion, much greater threats than the merely annoying typical cartoon porn ones...I haven't seen malicious flash like this since I first came to Newgrounds...so everyone, keep an eye peeled, and I HIGHLY recommend you don't open the flash...the title of the flash lets you know you wouldn't want to, anyway...

I tried to flag it for stealing when it was still under judgement. However, I did not get enough support as it passed the judgement anyway. As a result, it turned to be a BB crap. I am sorry that I did not report it in time. If I reported it 5 minutes earlier instead of shaving my beard, it could be flagged already. :( As an Elite Guard Captain, I feel sorry that I did not protect the portal well this time. :( Anyway, does anyone has a clue how those BB users steal other authors' flashes which passed the judgement already? Any clues?

I remember a Wi/Ht question by a person who later turned out to be BB. He had wanted to know how you could get the .swf file from a blammed flash. I cant remember what the answer was. I'm thinking they email the .swf's to each other. They may even do their work from public computers (some libraries have public access computers, or schools etc). Using public computers, they wont really be affected by IP bans, as it wont be their computer anyhow.

They probably have set tasks too, like person (a) makes a good flash. person (b) makes the swap flash. person (c) submits it.

Thats just my thoughts. I dont know if its right.
