Are you sure that letter wasn't from the portal bot? I'd expect Wade to look into those movies before judging like that... Sounds odd, maybe you dhould send him a detailed PM of the situation. Also, voting one instead of zero is helpful at times. Blam it, but don't be too harsh.

I was on the original cc site that has been gone for a while now and was an active member under my otehr account name. The orginal clocks would be sad if they saw what clock days has turned into. I was about show casing your work and showing others how good your work now. Last year was a farse, it was more about the authors seeing what crap they could get to past judgement ,because of the point hungry voters had to get their points.

I cringe at the thought only because I have seen very few really good flashes lately. The flash clubs ought to be capable of submitting quality flashes, so why aren't they? OK, I admit to being something of a stat whore, but only inasmuch as I get a kick out of doing the math, frequently in my head or on paper. In fact, I have been called on that in this group and had to be referred..with assistance...to a site that tallies everything automatically. For some of us, doing the math is fun. At least, it shows we can do the math. We are NOT illiterate and uneducted idiots mass-voting. Frankly, any assertion that we do such things, offends me. I come by all my points, be they saves or blams, honestly. I watch the flash submissions and vote according to what I think the flash deserves, not what anyone may or may not have told me to vote. No one tells me at all what to vote. I decide that completely by myself. I have let points go and continue to do so because I think a flash is crap and has no place on NG even if I know it will be get voted in somehow. It isn't with my vote that junk flashes get in.

This is exactly what I do. Most of my votes fall between 0-3, with 4 and 5 reserved for those flash submissions that are exceptionally good all around. The hardest distinction for me is deciding between crap/blam and barely good enough to stick around, that is to say whether a flash should get a 1 or a 2. Sometimes that line can be mighty fine and I try to vote fairly. If the graphics need a ton of work, but there was a story line (especially an original story line) or the flash made a good point in an entertaining way, I will probably vote to save. If I see some effort went into a flash, even if the animator is still obviously learning, I may vote to save. If there is no redeeming factor whatsoever, then obviously blam. Most blams are obvious, some maybe depend on personal biases or expectations. I try to be fair and I think I am fair in voting.

Well, there was another bombing about 45 minutes ago, sure, their aren't aiming at my city, but at the factories and army base south of it, but these bombs aren't guided in any way so who knows. And since the Gulf war we had decent regulations for shelters and safety rooms in building condtruction.

All I ask of the U.S and U.K as our allies is support in a war that could have been avoided should Lebannon listened in the first place and dis-armed the Hezbollah. Clearly Russia will stay out of this, and unless we have UN permission to bomb the hell out of them, we can't do it despite being the 5th largest nation in nuclear power.

I treat Newgrounds like if it were a RPG game, where you need to get higher levels and be ranked high, cause it's fun to do. This is like any other rpg game out there. And honestly, if newgrounds didnt have this b/p system, I know i wouldnt be here.

This is what the Barracks is against, I know it's much simpler than to try and to blam something that won't be blammed. but if we, the Barracks member quit the effort, then how do we expect NG users not to, we must take a stand, not to earn dishonest points from movies that shouldn't have passed. We cannot just let them through without a fight, no honor in that. To claim that we tried our best we must actually try our best.

The reason for the lack of Blam/Protection points today was because of the traffic on my way home from my lovely trip to Lake Tahoe. I gained 2,000 experience points today. According to NG Log, I had a better day than I thought I did. I didn't realize I was in the portal that long today. Which is actually amazing since there were only 194 subbmitted. Oh well, I know I still must have had a good one. I am going to try and knock out some good time tommorow too.

Still a couple good things for me to be happy about. My voting power jumped from 6.27 to 6.38, woot! Blams went over 1800, saves went over 1200. Total B/P over 3000. Yes, I know you can read what is below, but deal with it. Btw, I am now Elite Guard Sergeant Turkeybean. That felt like it took forever. Woot for me again!

I have been having a great time messing around with FL Studio. Thanks for the tip Phantom. It took me until my thrid track I started to ge the hang of it. No sorry needed sir. I did not make a public notice of it. Joker caught the promotion I beleive on a whim. Your right, the change is very, very minor. Only one more tip added to the set. I am happy to havefinnaly made it, but am quickly missing the tittle of coporal. I was quite fond of that. I almost did not want the new badge.
