Things have certainly changes since I saw you last. Congratulations on your promotion to Elite Guard Barracks Second in Command. That is certainly quite the feat. I guess I actually have to listen to you now eh? That will be great man. You sure deserve it. You have worked extremly hard in this place. You have put a lot of time and effort in here, so great work and thank you.

Ahh, I just missed this...congrats to you! It's a lot of fun once you've made it to the top 300, especially at first. You're in prime position to get some excellent weekly rank changes. Enjoy them now, because you're lucky if you move up one spot a day once you're in the top 100...

Ehh, what pressure? All you gotta do is do what you have done already...as the Relations Officer, you were pretty much in charge of dealing with the Barracks when I wasn't around ANYWAY...so I'm just making the title a bit more official. No pressure.

I will agree that Phantom has tunned down a great deal. I know him from back in the day when things were a great deal different. In the time I have known him there have been some drastic changes. He has proven over and over he has what it takes.

I think it is great that you have decided to officially promote him. I am sure he will keep things up the way he already has. Clearly he has been able to keep things moving along with ease. I realize that sir. I would never doubt the fact that you hold the highest of trust levels for Phantom. The thought that there was a lack there of has never crossed my mind.

First in command will never be forgotten. I am sure we all know who was able to get this up and running. You have done an excellent job, thank you.

I do what I can. Respect and love goes to those who have earned it and deserve it. Phantom and yourself are no exception. You have both done a great deal. You Eagle have done a lot in the terms of this club and giving me the tools I would need to prosper here. Phantom has had more time on a personal level to aid me in my time on newgrounds. He was the reason I was considered for my officer's position here. You of course had the trust in him to approve it.

Somthing will have to be done about the second in command tittle. I am sure that with everyone here we should be able to come up with somthing substantial.
