His and mine are two days apart. It's amazing how much he's done and how much I've done. I have more reviews and posts, he has more B/P and experience.

Jeez...an EGSC already? Congratulations! By the time Phantom and I make EGSC, we're going to have a good chunk of the EGSCs on our roster...

By the way, I know I haven't been around for a while, but I'd like to thank our Relations Officer for taking care of the spam troubles. I know I wasn't around to take care of the latter part of it, but it seems all cleared up now. I thank everyone for ignoring the spammers, as that's the way to get rid of them. Your officers will take care of them, just as Phantom has demonstrated.

Incidentally, I think it's time to do something I should have done long ago. Ghost_Phantom has helped me pretty much since the beginning, and often comes through for me when I can't be there. Therefore it's only right to make him officially something he has been for a long time. I would like to officially announce Ghost_Phantom as the second-in-command of the Barracks. When I am not around, he is in charge. As far as a title, I can't really think of a name other than Lieutenant Chief Barracks Officer, but just seems like it sounds stupid. I'm sure my fellow Barracks members will agree Phantom deserves the role as the 2IC and noone will object.

What say you, Phantom...do you accept the position?

I dunno...sometimes I feel like I barely deserve the position as the Chief around here...I'll make sure I'm around here more often.

counting the same way, seems I'll be 63rd. as long as that's two digits I'm happy. Because for my Exp level, I'm one of the younger ones that will reach EGSC, of course Joker will be the "youngest".

Well I finally took the time to make a list of inactive members! Now they are not out of the club there just gone for the moment. I'll most likely but the list in the barracks records and update it weekly but I haven't decided yet.

he actually meant HAVE to be. you cant join unless you have an elite guard status, the lowest obviously being private. joker posted you a link to the FAQ, which is the important stuff. so when you read that and achieve 1500 b/p points, wed love to see you back! good luck.

as for the list of inactives, i think we should give them some sort of a deadline. i dont personally like to see members kicked out, but if we cant keep them posting here or in the forums, what is the use? however, i think exceptions could be made for some people. just my two cents.

We already have a policy on this matter, set up by the original Barracks Records Officer, Major_punk. The policy is simply that we do not put them on the active roster, and simply keep them on the inactive roster, as per General JoKeR_ADT's new list. They are not discharged honorably or dishonorably. They are simply inactive. If they return, they are put back onto the active list.

Well, it kinda goes on in the background anyway, so nothing really would have come up about it. We set up the "inactivity" policy way back when, so it hasn't really come up since. The only one that gets concerned about it at all is the Records Officer anyway, so I wouldn't have expected you to know about it.

On the other hand, it's a good thing that JoKeR_ADT did bring this up, since I wasn't sure if your list was up-to-date and had all active members on the list. Now I know! Thanks for your excellent work as usual, General!

I got only like 50-70 b/p points I bet, because I was wrong on about 10-20 flashes that I voted on ;o
