no the first time it was a hentai comic. a hentai comic breaks the NG rules since it is nothing more then porn. while a hentai quiz has hentai in it but the hentai is the reward for answering the questions correctly so don't flag it.

That's silly. With your voting power, it makes very little difference to the actual chance of blam or save.
However, if the movie is saved, it can make the difference between blue or green or even no highlight.
The only vote I never use is 1. If it's going to be blammed by me, it gets a 0. I do judge what degree of a protection is needed, as that will effect upon the long term score.

its definitely worthy of that score i think. when i got home and looked it was at 4.76. the only other flash ive seen with that score was...adam philips. when he submitted littleFoot i was there to see it under judgment (yay!) and it came out with 4.81. insanity. then people just consistently vote 4s on it after that, dropping the score way down. it kind of bugs me, because a lot of flashes really deserve such a good rating. definitely worthy of a viewing though.
