I'm not sure, sir. On the Submit part, it said do not attack flash authors. It doesn't mention about attacking NG regulars at all, so I'm not really sure whether those flashes should be flagged or not. I'll just vote 0 on those flashes. That will be it, unless it actually breaks a portal rule.

I'm not sure either Sir...they are very hateful but only towards NG users which the rules do not specify about... some one should ask an administrator bout that one because they should be able to establish a final answer...

-Dreg- Day is much slower than anticipated, but vigilence is still needed. As peak times might become flooded, the DEFCON will remain at DEFCON 2 until further notice.

Excellent ideas, sir. After EagleRock Industries is satisfied with their "wave" of products, I will draft a full and comprehensive list as to which weapons are designed for who. Just to give an idea, an Elite Guard Private will have access only to the Blam Rifle Pro and the MIP. Anyone Staff Sergeant or higher (as Staff Sgt is the traditional first leadership rank) will be allowed use of the RFI. The RFI EG is alloted for those with rank of Praporshchik or higher, etc. Don't worry, sir; a more complete line of weapons will come soon enough. We will also see many upgrades to current weapons. Please note that Multi-Induction technology is new and is planned to be applied to all weapons. However, as of now, the technology can only be applied to pistols, as it is too complex for rifles and submachine guns right now. However, a new type of weapon will come along soon...

Description: As the first Blam Shotgun, this is also the first non-pistol weapon to use the Multi-Induction technology. Depending on desired range, the user can use slug shells for accuracy or shot shells for stopping power and high spread.
Note the ability to blam or protect with this weapon makes the B/P Shotty a formidable tool for anyone in the field. The pictured B/P Shotty is the traditional silver color. As always, the Newgrounds Gray camo is available.
This is the first Blam Rifle that is open to civilian use, and is also offered to Police Officers and other security agents in Newgrounds. Description: Naturally, the Elite Guard Edition of any weapon has several additions to the civilian model. First off, the weapon has a longer barrel, which allows for more accurate shooting. Naturally, slugs are recommended for the Elite Guard Edition, as the shotgun becomes accurate even to the mid-range target. Also, the design allows for added power but at the expense of higher recoil. To assist in the minimization of the recoil effect, a detatchable butt has been made that can be used for under-the-shoulder firing. The other addon available is the flashlight, which comes in use during night patrols. Only experts are recommended to use this weapon due to its extreme power. Pretty much any Elite Guard can use the regular B/P Shotty, but the Elite Guard Edition should be reserved for officers.

Wow, so far, I've only seen ONE -Dreg- Day flash. I thought there would be more of those flashes by now. Maybe before I go off the internet at 4PM EST, I might see a few more -Dreg- Day flashes. Always the busiest time on the portal when I'm offline. *sigh* Too bad since if there'd be more -Dreg- Day flashes right now, I'd probably be at around 10 B/P away from 21000.

Let me get this right. There are 3 jobs that need report to me... does that leave any work for me? The reason I have the job is thanks to relations in the HQ, mafia and this Barracks which few others have... Only one suitable for any of these jobs that correlate with mine is around here so far. the_fallen_one1... Do you really think there will be so much work I will need the aid of 3 people? And thank god Major_punk is making the list already... And if we have a website it would be nice to hang out during DEFCON 4 or 5…

Hm...-Dreg- Day......:tumbleweed blows across portal: it's quiet...TOO quiet...but then again, I just got on the portal maybe 45 minutes ago, so I missed the ones some of you saw...maybe they'll start coming in as it gets later in the afternoon...
Tomorrow I'll be away from the portal for a couple hours (last minute Christmas shopping), but I'll make up for it when I get back!
As for weapons...I personally think I like the magnum-like ones...I'm a six-shooter man (from reading the entire Dark Tower series...lol).

I know and to name few LittleMissVixen, -FestiveDrunk-, -Scrooge_X11- and AnzRage keep in mind some changed their alias so you wont reconize them and many post every now and then like every 10 pages or so, but at least their consistant.

Well, it's gone past 3PM EST, so now, we should see some Barney flashes here and indeed we did. There are two -Dreg- Day flashes that just been uploaded. I've voted low on both of them. I'm ready for more -Dreg- Day flashes to come up.

There were a few BB moives earlier in the day, but they have been terminated now, sir! By the way, I made my second 100+ b/p day in a row yesterday by gaining 106 points. :)

It's not really about points as it is about qualification... I have less points than you but have connections in all 3 clubs (Mafia, Barracks, HQ ) and that is why I was chosen for officer... What are you qualified for? No matter how many points you have you should make it if you are good enough.

B/P points dont really matter as long as you have 1,500+ and Ill try to answer this the best I can but an answer by EagleRock would be better.

Since page 1 I said I would create lists and but together statistics so I was given this role.

Barracks Portal Operations Officer - Major General TITROTU

Early in the thread he was very sharp at identifying things like Milano day and giving the EGB an early warning.

Barracks Advancement Officer - General XwaynecoltX

Im pretty sure he was given this becuase he had the most B/P's in the EGB but thats not the case now, I think there might be some changes.

Barracks Relations Officer - Praporshchik Ghost_Phantom

Again Early in the thread there was some conflict between the EGB ,NGPD and the NG Mafia, Since Ghost_Phantom is a member of the NG Mafia he has the role of keeping things friendly.

Below are some roles EagleRock has thought of.

This one is pretty much in charge of a possible website. If you dont know already the NGPD has one that was created by Captain Chu so when he reaches private he can join use and he offered making us one.

I think this one is stupid.

Barracks Intelligence Operations Officer - Reports to Barracks Portal Operations Officer

Same with this one.

Barracks Reconaissance Operations Officer - Reports to Barracks Relations Officer

I dont think we need two.

This could work out.

So for you to have a special role you would need to specify in a particular area.
