Actually it wasn't swapped, the guy just changed everything BUT the flash...I still say everyone should've whistled it. I did.

You're right it wasn't swapped, my bad. I Gave it a 0 and I whistled it but it still passed judgment. Those movies are getting on my nerves.

The only thing I find wrong with that flash is that it's rated for 'everyone' when it should be rated 'teen' because of the last few seconds with the looped drawn nose/penis.

Sure the name and authors comments are annoying since it's just some kid trying to be an attention whore, but the flash itself wasn't wrong enough for me to flag.

is that really a grounds for whistling? i mean sure its probably been done on purpose, but there are some things that would just tempt you to say "hmm...this is rated for everyone, and yet titled 'worlds funniest penis'" i mean it might just be me. although it does bother me a little, i get more frustrated when people label movies as games. the rating doesnt really bother me because 1. i usually dont pay attention and 2. you can almost always tell before hand if something is going to be mis-labeled. just my two cents.

As I learned a long time ago (I STILL remember Major_punk yelling at me, lol), please refrain from posting links to flashes that break no rules. This gives the impression that we are a mass-vote group against certain flashes...for example, the Barney Bunch...which we are not. We are anti-fileswap, and against flashes that break the rules...and that flash doesn't violate anything other than Lazlo. :-O
So yeah. Only post links to UJ flashes if they break the rules.

lol, she is more knowledgable than me, but I can answer. No, don't whistle for mis-rating. It's largely subjective, and even in clear cases, it's not listed in the rules. Just blam it.

im pretty sure this is going down as a three day total, because i was too busy to post one the night before NG went down. still, i dont think they are bad numbers for a busy guy like myself. just shy of 90 a day, so not doing too bad. if i can keep it up through the school week, i might be at second lt. next sunday (current goal).

With basic service, you can only have one room open at a time, which is a bit of a pain. But eh, PalTalk is great for contacting Wade (although, unless he's active in the room, don't bug him unless it's important, lol)...and the room stuff is nifty.
