Here's a problem; this is a secondary information, the NG Fandom wiki is not written (Or at least not officially) by the official mod team in NG. If there's no source to what the wiki says, it's by default dubious and has to be taken a grain of salt.
I don't understand why are we making absurd observations such as "nolimitsitsfunnif must be from Russia" if we ignore the easier pill to swallow that is "Asshole got drunk again."? Granted, I haven't seen much aside from the sudden spike of notifications, but I feel it's an extreme stretch to say this was a political attack from Russia. Especially when there's hardly any evidence to back this up in the first place.
