What BlueMonday was indicating is that the submission that he was talking about is 'misrated' (content 'age-rated' wrongly with the wrong 'age-label') due to it's content, which in this case, is supposed to be 'fetishist' content, and should be probably marked as 'A' (Adult) rated content instead of 'M' (Mature) rated content. That was what BlueMonday was exactly indicating in his message. He wasn't complaining about the fetishist content of the animation, but of it's misrating/wrong-classification.
Please, make sure to read messages a good 'couple of times' to make sure what they say and what they're implying before answering to them to avoid future 'misunderstandings' with other people.

Well, under my 'humble' opinion, yes, but it would depend on over some certain 'conditions', though, such as, for example;
-Is the character/are the characters involved on the mentioned animation/drawing without any kind of 'clothes' while they're suffering of the wedgie (asides of the underpants which with they're suffering from the wedgie itself, of course)? If so, then, the answer is yes, since apart of the 'considered-fetish' action, the animation would also fall under the category of 'nudity', which content should be marked as 'A' rated content...
- Are the character/characters involved on the mentioned animation/drawing doing some kind of 'satisfied', perhaps 'aroused' expression while are they suffering from the wedgie? If so, then, yes, since in that case the author of the mentioned animation/drawing is already treating the wedgie (a painful, humilliating experience) as an 'exciting', 'pleasant' experience, and in result, it should be marked as 'A' rated content...Â
...If the animation/drawing previously mentioned 'meets' any of those 'characteristics' that I've mentioned as an example, then, the answer will be always a resounding yes for me, since though the wedgie itself isn't exactly considered as a fetish/kink, it could actually be considered as one itself, depending on the orientation that whoever actually gives to it under the context that it's used on, so, in definitive; yes, at some certain point, I'm sure that it would be actually 'worth' to mark it as 'A' rated content instead of just leaving it as an 'M'.

it's kind of deceiving to show them out of dated order but I'm guess that the tracing artist has long since evolved their skills beyond the original artist
