It's barely close to be passable within the 2-3* range. Seeing he has previous submissions that are within 2-3*, it doesn't look like something that would be blammed quickly like a Madness/FNF loop or one of those crap slideshows.
Some things users end up reporting are more likely to be blammed than taken down.

Hey all, figured I should let you know that I'll be coming back to active EGB duty tomorrow (16th July). As much as I love doing this, it's been good to have a bit of a refresher, and hopefully it'll allow me to go back into things with a fresh mind.
