Ya can't just say "It needs to be rated X". Ya gotta elaborate more on why it should have that rating.
If there's nothing that would jack the submission's rating up, like for example, some nudity, explict text, audio, adult themes, and/or violence, then don't post it unless you want some opinions on it. Personally, I don't see why it should be rated T. The only reason why I would think it so is because of the fact the movie uses what sounds like a woman in distress, but in context of the submission, there's not really much to grasp and not really something that would qualify as some adult theme, especially when ZabuJard HAS that brand of weirdness from the start.

There's two common types of AI. AI imagery/video and AI karaoke featuring cartoon characters, and I'm pretty sure the AI ban includes AI karaoke of copyrighted songs. (example; Peter Griffin from Family Guy singing Never Gonna Give You Up utilizing AI voices)
Uberduck for example back in 2021 and 2022 had those cartoon voices that were created by its userbase and most of them were crap. Then they purged them out but it didn't stop them, people just found other sites and ways to build their own AI voice generator based on said cartoon character's voice.

If it was a legit reason to report, he would've said good job, or just taken it down, not ask a question to cause someone to actually think about their report. Even though you're "pretty sure" you may not be right about it.
