However let's say a kid posted their Geometry Dash let's play to the Portal, that wouldn't be allowed.

From my understanding, it means that your game has to be functional on Newgrounds and should not be a link that directs to a different website to play the game.

Yep, checked mime and 929463 is for sure the ID.
Most likely theory I can come up with is copyrighted music; it's definitely not the first time I've heard those vocals. Correct me if I'm wrong, of course.
