I think you got it right. I'd argue the second one isn't a screen recording of a game, as the game doesn't exist but is hypothetical. It's basically a creepypasta, and all the assets and dialogue were created by the uploader, as far as I can tell.

You do realize that if you want the flag to count, it actually has to be deleted by mods where they leave behind a "Unpublished Submission". If the submission ends up getting blammed "Eulogy for Example" as a majority of the users will just vote 0 on things like live-action TikTok spam, the flag won't count and whistle will not be affected.
Stolen games, animations, and Geometry Dash gameplay videos I've seen are more likely to be taken down than blammed.

Well this reply stole what I was gonna reply to the dude to, except for the fact that I did write that they should at least check if a submission has been reported before.
...Which is weird because this guy's account was made in 2006, made posts in 2010 to 2011, after that, nothing, then made new posts on this board? It complicates whether or not I should tell them about it considering they probably visit the board some time and also the account's old, but it's so weird seeing a guy think this is a board about blamming submissions in 2024, and I only know this because I just dabbled a bit on the history of the EGB anyway.
