it works fine on my end (mobile)? its nothing flagworthy imo (except if its using copyrighted music ofc), just a short animation (presumably a squad intro or w/ever)

From my understanding, it means that your game has to be functional on Newgrounds and should not be a link that directs to a different website to play the game.
